It is approximately a 5 min bus ride from major transport connections at Elephant & Castle. There is secure, free off - street parking within the development & is located just outside the London Congestion Charge Zone. The apartment benefits from an elevator & step free access from street level. The property has wood flooring through out and a modern tiled bathroom with shower & full sized bath tub.

Jonnie was great and very responsive to any messages. It is a quick bus ride to the city center and lots of food options. Check out St. Louis Cafe in the basement of St. Peter’s Church for a great breakfast.

Wonderful location, easy to travel around London. Jonnie is a wonderful host — very responsive and helpful! We had one person in a wheelchair and the flat easily accommodated. We used Uber to travel due to the chair primarily. Great wifi! And if using uber, you receive keys to open the gate to allow the car in and out for easier pickup/dropoff.I recommend ordering via Uber Eats to have grocery delivery from Iceland — made it incredibly easy after an exhausting journey. And across the street is Mary’s Cafe — incredible meals, they have been there for 60 years! Nearby was a Gregg’s for quick snacks.Although the neighborhood looks a little rough, we found the people very friendly. I would recommend bringing a white noise machine for nighttime, but that is anywhere in London

Perfect stay in South London

The property had everything we needed and was conveniently located close to friends we were visiting. Great spot to have meals in or relax in the evening and play a game or read a book. Clear check in process and directions and really conveniently close to lots of transit. Jonnie went out of his way to communicate in advance of our visit, even though he was dealing with a stolen phone! Would definitely book again.

Nice to give Pekham area a try

No surprises Our host Jonnie was great to work with. He added some mobility aids to the bathroom to make it easier to use the shower (grab bars). Location worked well for the event we were attending. Nice to try a new area of London. Burgess Park was very nice.

Large, comfortable and secure apartment

Prompt friendly responsive host who offered us an early check in and late checkout. Croissants and OJ welcomed us on our arrival. Apartment was clean and secure and easily accessible. Good size for 4 people. Walk from Kennington tube station is faster and nicer through the suburb otherwise follow Jonnie’s instructions to catch bus from Elephant and Castle
