Lovely 3 night stay in pretty much central London. Nice and convenient location, easy to access everywhere across London via the buses, staff were the absolute loveliest. The rooms were a bit dated, one of the duvets we had was stained and there’s marks across various places in the bathrooms. But, the bathrooms had full baths which is always a plus! Breakfast was a nice spread and was always topped up regularly. Overall - would definitely stay again.

Great location for public transport. Family room fit a full sized bed and two twins but not much more space. Good for the price. Breakfast is free for kids and is alright- if you arrive toward the end it'll be pretty picked over. Staff is very nice.

There was no hot water during the two nights that we were there and there was a loud, alarming, grating noise after flushing the toilet. Breakfast was not served on the second day fro the very same reason...NO HOT WATER in the entire hotel.

The room is looks like clean and smiles nice but they don’t clean it good enough. The persons were helpful but when ask about more things they said not available like slippers on bathroom and they don’t have cold water and we can’t open the window. The wifi is not similar in Sweden, is fake signal and you can’t loading. Breakfast is only the best thing and we enjoy and the food was delicious.
