I always love finding little gem hotels and this is one of them. location is great, especially for city or east side. the rooms are big in comparison to regular london hotels. added perks like free water, free soft drink/ snack mini bar help you feel valued. And what's best is the price. if you are ihg member, they often have reward nights available as well . I wouldn't recommend their bar as not a great array of drinks, but as a place to sleep and use as a base for exploring its fab. not had breakfast here so cant comment on that. Also loved the fact that checkout is midday and for ihg members there is option to checkout at 2pm! I mean that's amazing value! shower was a little iffy this time round, didn't seem hot enough or powerful enough and it was one of the new roof rooms - but last time the shower was great.

I stayed here with my wife on her birthday weekend which included a theatre trip and a bit of retail therapy. The hotel is in a perfect location being close to the Aldgate tube station which makes getting into the West End very easy. Previous visits to this and other Indigo hotels in the IHG chain had always been enjoyable hence the return visit. Unknown to us both, my daughter had rung ahead and asked for a bottle of fizz to be put in our room as a present to her Mum. The hotel acted on this and upgraded our room to one of the new rooms on the 7th floor with fantastic views of the rooftops towards the City. The room was on the larger side for a London hotel, and the bathroom was equally spacious. The décor and furnishings were brand new, and of the highest quality. The only negative is that we couldn't find a way to turn the TV volume down on the speakers in the bathroom - a very small and minor inconvenience. The whole visit was rounded off by a superb and very reasonably priced breakfast in the restaurant on the Sunday morning. I will definitely be coming back!!

I like the Indigo brand and this hotel didn't disappoint. Very quiet area at weekends so can escape the hustle and bustle. Just round the corner from Aldgate tube so handy for getting out and about. Our room was very nice, breakfast OK, but restaurant staff not that friendly.

Visited for 1 night, great location very close to Aldgate and Liverpool Street. Hotel staff were friendly and welcoming and gave us a free upgrade which was lovely! Hotel room was lovely with a coffee machine, fizzy drinks in the fridge and gorgeous 4 poster bed. Would highly recommend.

This hotel was small, and the staff was very personable. The rooms were very nice and offered water and light snacks, at no additional charge. It is located close to The Tower Of London, so it was easy to walk to attractions like The Tate Modern Museum. It was also close to the underground system. The price seemed reasonable.

A boutique hotel in the centre of London, well designed room's, friendly staff, a nespresso machine with complimentary coffee, free soft drinks and water. The hotel is minutes away from aldgate and tower hill station.

We were upgraded to an executive room because of my husband's IHG status. Pretty large room by London standards. Small bathroom, but everything was decorated very nicely. Stocked mini fridge was a nice touch. Very convenient to Tower Bridge but not much else. Uber runs everywhere in London, so it's not a problem getting where you want to go. A cute pub across the street. Front desk was very friendly and helpful. Bathroom was small but space was used well. Would stay here again. The burner phone they give you during your stay is a great idea and very helpful!!!

Having stayed at the Indigo in Kensington in Jan (the best hotel I have used in London) I had high expectations for this one, perhaps unfairly, and these were not really met. Overall it was all ok, no real complaints, but I was expecting better, if I just wanted ok I would have used an Express, but this was a special occasion and I wanted a special hotel, and this just wasn’t special. The room whilst lovely was quite small and this was with allegedly an upgrade. The staff, again lovely and friendly could do with some more training. Breakfast was again average with cold hollandaise on the eggs and slow service. No real bar to speak off, just bottles and closed at 11pm on our first night. For the cost I wouldn’t use this one again, Kensington is leaps and bounds better as are all the Crowne Plazas I have used,so sorry not bad but not good enough either.

I stayed for three nights at the Hotel Indigo London Tower Hill for a work related trip. The hotel is only a 5 minute walk to the Tower of London and Tower Bridge and only 5 minutes to the downtown insurance district area. This is a good hotel to stay in the area for a quick walk to work related meetings and the price was affordable for London. I preferred a prior trip to London where we stayed at the Apex in the Temple Court area in terms of the hotel and location. There is a Eat restaurant and a Pret a Manger within two minutes of the hotel for breakfast and lunch type options. Check-in was pretty seamless and our room was ready by about 1 pm. The hotel does not have many of the amenities of large hotels—the lobby is small, there is no fitness center and the restaurant only seems to be open for breakfast (I ate there one day and the breakfast food was mediocre at best). I was given one of the smaller rooms in the hotel as I understand it. I would not recommend the room for more than one person. A comfortable queen size bed and a small desk made up my room, but for a work related trip it was just fine in terms of it being a small room. The TV selections were limited to all UK stations and I did not turn the TV on much at all during my visit—it would have been nice to have ESPN and Fox for the Monday night football games and World Series games. The bed was comfortable and the HVAC provided for a comfortable sleep and was not all that loud. There was an in room safe which was an adequate size for what I needed. The bathroom was quite small with only two towels provided, but the water pressure was adequate and the water temperature hot. Again, the bathroom sufficed for one person, but there is no way two people could manage in the bathroom. The housekeeping staff provided for a clean room service each day and the mini bar is restocked with still and sparkling water, as well as juice and soda and candy bars and snacks each day. There is also coffee and tea service in each room. The room was relatively quiet, although I did hear water running upstairs a few times and the doors open and close in the small hallway I was located in.

My wife and I recently stayed at the Hotel Indigo at Tower Hill, we stayed for one night in the King City View Room on the 7th Floor. The room was very spacious with great panoramic views of the city. The room was very clean and was nice and quiet for a city centre hotel, the super king-size bed was very comfortable. The staff at the hotel were very efficient and were excellent at every interaction we had with them. Well done!! If we're back in the neighbourhood, we will be stopping here again. Would definitely recommend this hotel to business people or to couples wanting a nice romantic night or two away.
