Lovely hotel, terrific location for transport, with a great welcome from reception and recommendation for restaurants for dinner on a Sunday night. The bed was luxurious, nice complementary treats in the fridge.

The young ladies manning the front desk all week (Natalia, Daria) were absolutely wonderful and very helpful, from stashing luggage and letting us change clothes before our room was ready, to personally bringing extra towels and pillows to our room, to helping us figure out how to call locally on our cell phones. The room was spacious and the bed very comfy. Bizarrely though the TV didn't face the bed so you either moved the chest of drawers it was stood on or sat at the dressing table to watch it. Heating was effic enough although I wouldn't want to be in the same room in deepest winter as it had double aspect windows and I couldn't get the temperature above 21c.

We checked in and the staff were lovely , super quick and very informative. Room , though small , was perfect ( bathroom door needs some attention though as a little water damaged ) , shower adequate. Breakfast was wonderful , our room rate included b'fast , and we had a cooked to order full english and buffet cold selection. nice touch was the drinks vouchers for husbands birthday . lovely location , close to Tower hill tube. overall a wonderful stay, thankyou

Excellent hotel for a central London stay

Lovely welcoming staff on reception desk, room was great, much bigger than expected for central London, very clean, great little extras, kettle and coffee machine, fridge in room with a selection of complimentary soft drinks and snacks, toiletries etc. Location was great, 2 minute walk from tube. Definitely will stay here again.
