The property is located in a very convenient location with easy access to all sights. It is clean and well maintained with grocery stores right behind. No air conditioning but windows open and allow decent breeze. Getting the keys is a bit of a process as the lock box is not on the property and the 9;30am checkout is a bit early. But the stay was great and the communication from the team was fantastic and rapid! Instructions on things in the apartment are well documented and provided to the guest!

Very large lounge/diner no problem accommodating 6 adults Noisy on Friday evening ok on Wed/Thurs Near railway station, noise ok if you don't mind trains too much. Small bits and pieces need sorting with upkeep of property.

Gleich vorweg: die Unterkunft an sich war schön. Die Wohnküche hell und die Ausstattung absolut in Ordnung. An der Pflege der Unterkunft und am Systen der Besitzer scheitert leider alles. Am ersten Tag bekamen wir eine Anleitung, um den Schlüssel zu bekommen. Eine Box im Hinterhof mit einem Code. Kein Rezeption, gar nichts. Die Schlüsselbox war leer... nach einem Telefonat, währendessen es schüttete und zu hageln begann, wurden wir zweimal zurückgerufen, bis wir endlich die Anleitung bekamen für eine andere Box. Ein Missverständnis anscheinend... diese Box nun auch leer... wir werden bald wieder zurückgerufen... nach nochmal 10 Minuten dann plötzlich eine jüngere Person, die uns persönlich den Schlüssel vorbeibrachte. Nun denn, okay. Endlich im Gebäude, dachten wir uns. Drinnen bei der Tür zum Appartment dann... Schlüssel passt nicht... erneut ein Anruf. Ganz anderes Appartment anscheinend für uns. Eine Anleitung für die Rückgabe des Schlüssels am Ende der Woche würden wir per Mail bekommen. Endlich drinnen, das erste, das uns erwartete, war ein ziemlich abgestandender Geruch. Ein Nagel direkt am Boden des Eingangs. Mehrere Lichter nicht funktionsfähig. Das Appartment an sich wäre äußerst angenehm, die Pflege des Zustands jedoch ist mangelhaft. Am Ende der Woche noch immer keine Mail. Also eine Mail von mir am Vorabend. Die Anleitung schnell bekommen. Schlüssel wieder in die Box. Auf dem Weg zum Flughafen dann ein Anruf, wo der Schlüssel sein soll sein... echt ein Chaos.

Anders als auf den Bilder dargestellt.Auf den ersten Blick ist man zufrieden aber wenn man genau hinschaut , ist es nicht wirklich sauber. Das Apartment liegt in einem haus in dem noch 15 andere Wohnung sind. Jede Nacht war Party in einem der anderen Wohnungen. Es sind auch nicht wie angegeben 2 Bäder vorhanden. Das eine ist nur eine Toilette. Das heißt für 6 Personen eine Dusche. Vorteil ist , dass das Hotel sehr zentral gelegen ist allerdings direkt am Bahnhof. Wir würden nicht mehr hin gehen.
