We visited the hotel for a pink afternoon tea for two. The hotel was very clean, cute and fancy and easy to access by public transport or on foot. The staff were incredible and friendly and the service was great - they made us feel really special and looked after. The food was very tasty and the drinks were nice too, especially the bubbly! We loved the pink themed food and had a lovely afternoon. I mentioned it was my partners birthday and he was wished happy birthday by all the staff and was even given an extra birthday cake with a candle!

What a superb afternoon and experience, afternoon tea was extremely excellent and value as my family had booked this for my birthday . We arrived early and the staff made us feel so welcome that we ended up staying for much longer than we had originally anticipated. All of the staff were so attentive and helpful, we arrived early and they were so warm we sat in the lounge and had a drink before the tea. I would thoroughly recommend the delicious afternoon tea along with the bubbly and the services of the delightful staff and I look forward to returning again in the near future.

Hotel cozy in a quite lovely neighborhood, walking distance from a metro station (a.k.a Loop :)). The area is safe to walk around and enjoy a nice quite breakfast near by. Many small cafes and good Italian restaurants around. Near by also, you can find Hyde park, beautiful scenery and lovely park to walk around enjoying a peaceful afternoon.

I booked this hotel for a one night stay in London, and wished I was staying longer. The staff were incredibly customer focused (especially Maria in reception), and the boutique design is stylish. Lovely hotel.

I stayed at the Park Grand Lancaster Gate for two nights as I was working in the centre of London for a couple of days. I have to admit, I didn’t search out this particular hotel but was tempted by some good prices and reviews on Late Rooms as I only found out on the day that I had to be in London the next. On arrival I was greeted pleasantly and checked in without fuss and shown downstairs (which initially I thought was a little peculiar) to my Club Room. The room was very nicely furnished with a large comfortable bed and plenty of space in the bedroom. The bathroom on the other hand was a little cramped to get in and out of as the door opened onto the basin unit and meant that you had to squeeze in and out. The facilities were however, very nice and the shower was large and featured a waterfall ceiling mounted and handheld shower heads. There were two wardrobes in the room. One contained complimentary robes and slippers and the other held the minibar and safe. My only complaint would be that there wasn’t really anywhere to unpack my non-hanging clothing such as a drawer. Overall I would certainly visit again as the hotel has excellent proximity to Paddington Station and all the access to the rest of the city that it provides.

We booked this hotel for our birthday trip to London based on great TripAdvisor reviews. We had a wonderful experience and would stay again! On our early arrival from US at 0900 we expected to leave our bags and walk around. We were told a room was available immediately, allowing us to nap a bit before heading out for the day. Continental breakfast is sumptuous and included. Full breakfast can be purchased (we didn't try it, the continental was fine). A nice surprise was returning to our room on March 21 and finding a bottle of wine and nice card from one of the managers who had noted it was my birthday on my passport! The hotel is in a quite neighborhood but restaurants and pubs are close by. Tube stations are a short walk and Hyde Park is also close. The only negative in our experience is the bathroom in our room-it was so small the toilet could not be used without leaving the door open or sitting sideways! That is not enough to detract from our great experience. Staff was friendly and helpful. We will stay again on our next trip to London!

e came for an afternoon tea on Saturday 24/03/2018, and I can honestly say it's one of the best I've been to. All the staff were absolutely lovely and accommodating. Our Prosecco was a never ending glass, and we never felt forgotten or neglected. Great Service.

Visited Friday for my Mum in laws birthday. Very welcoming on arrival. Lovely plate of sandwiches, filled by a tray of various cakes all washed down with your choice of hot drink. Finished off this pleasant unhurried afternoon with a glass of Pink Champagne.

What a superb, chocolate afternoon tea which also included a glass of fizz and was extremely excellent value as my friends and I had booked through a voucher deal. We arrived early and the staff made us feel so welcome that we ended up staying for much longer than we had originally anticipated. All of the staff were so attentive and helpful, right from the actual booking procedure when redeeming the voucher through to when we left. I would thoroughly recommend the delicious afternoon tea experience and the services of the delightful staff and I look forward to returning again in the near future.

This is my third time to visit London but this is the first time to write my good experience about this hotel. Pros: 1. Good location - 7 to 10 mins walk to Paddington Station. There are a lot of stores at the station, M&S, small grocery store, Boots, WH Smith, McDonald’s, Pret M, sushi place, burritos, Starbucks, Burger King, etc. 2. Nice and clean - we stayed in a double room (room #402 - the top floor facing the street), it’s nice and quiet. The room is a good size (can be bigger, can’t complain because it’s London) and it is very clean. The bathroom is also nice and clean (good size too). 3. Extra amenities - i) travel adapter plugs in the bathroom (110v and 240v). ii) complimentary cell phone - unlimited data plan & phone calls - I did not use it because I had bought my own SIM card before checking in...too bad! iii) microwave - first time there was a microwave in my hotel room! It’s so convenient. vi) usb drive plug on the wall - it’s a bonus if u bring your own tablet or iPad or any portable devices that u need to charge with usb. 4. Staff - professional and helpful. On the arrival day, staff provided hot towels and the cleaning lady dropped by to ask if everything was ok with the room. One time I forgot to turn off the ‘do not disturb’ button in the morning and of course there was no cleaning service. However, they left a note saying if I needed that, I could still call them before 8 p.m. (excellent customer service!!) 5) little refreshment - juice, coffee, pastries and croissants are available at the lobby. Yummy! Cons: 1) the pillows are a little flat (but acceptable). I don’t have any other negative feedbacks except for the pillows. Overall, great stay and worth the money. I will definitely come back to this hotel next time. Elaine from Canada
