The hotel was very good. Staff were friendly and accommodating. Rooms were small but clean. Very close to Kensington gardens and Paddington Station. The only downside was that when next door opened their room door you thought someone was coming into your room.

Noisy room, dirty sheets

One of my pillow cases had something that appeared to be blood on it, and my sheets had black marks on them. Also my room was very noisy, and there was a problem with the toilet. I have stayed here before and had no issues, but this stay was sub par.

What a lovely stay we had in a great location at a great hotel! Kudos to the front desk men who were friendly and helpful and gave us great directions. The location of this hotel is within easy walking distance of 2 tube stations and also Hyde Park. We were so happy with our room and all the friendly staff who always made us feel welcome. The room was clean and spacious. We enjoyed breakfast here as well which had many options to choose from. We also had dinner on the same street in a lovely Italian restaurant. Would highly recommend this hotel as your home away from home!

Excellent stay. Room was neat and clean. A bit small, but average size or more for London. Good breakfast buffet, good internet, quiet, with many nearby cafe and restaurant choices. Walkable from Paddington Station.
