Run away. Never stay here!!!!! This place is disgusting. No one will respond if something happens. The door is broken and the internet is terrible. They gave me a horrible room that was not the one I chose, in the basement where the emergency exit is. Everything will disgust you sleeping, eating, showering. everything is very dirty. There is also a light on the ceiling, like an emergency light, that you cannot turn off at night and it’s very annoying. The door is broken, so I always felt unsafe. I do NOT recommend it.

The price was really low and the room was ...acceptable! Great location with pretty streets and good restaurants and coffee shops. Be prepared to carry baggage up a few flights of stairs, and to shower in a capsule bathroom. No human will greet you; check-in is all through key codes. Great for one night if you just need an OK place to sleep in London.

See the pictures to show how different the room I booked was from the room I got. It was night and day difference. The pictures you see on the website are not accurate. You will not get what you expect based off of the pictures. The staff and admin was spectacularly unhelpful. Do not expect support at all and pay close attention to all emails. You will need to have knowledge of them to get into the building and into your room. Because of the fact that no staff is attending to the place, I found people congregating outside hoping to get in. I don't think most of them had rooms booked. I had to decide whether to police entry myself, which I hated. The bedsheets in the room were clean, but the floor of the room was otherwise dirty. There was a "basement" mildew smell, and tiny flies constantly in the room. The bathroom was clean and functional, but not nice. Overall, I can't believe this room is even legal. The bed was so close to the door of the room that the door could not even be opened enough to get my suitcase through without scraping. I had to turn my body sideways to get through the door into the room, and I am not a big guy. If there was an emergency, people would not be able to get out of the room quickly. Oh, and the green light everyone complains about is real. And it makes it hard to sleep.

Very small room with a kitchenette and a broken TV. Only one of the five electrical outlets worked, and there was no space to leave clothes or unpack, like a wardrobe. I tried to contact them to report the kitchenette issue, but they didn't respond.

That was a small studio in a good place not far from the Hyde park, with small stove and small appliances inside + everything you need to make a breakfast or a diner. A lot of different stores and small restaurants around, really close to the subway station. But not the cleanest floor, broken toilet door lock, cracked walls and smoking neighbors. That's what you pay the low price for.
