Property is excellent with a 10 min walk to Victoria Coach Station and Victoria Station. In London without the massive crowds surrounding the hotel. Breakfast is in their huge restaurant across the street only for hotel guests. The breakfast buffet has virtually anything one person could want to eat.I definitely will stay here again when in London. I

The room met our expectations and had a good view of the London icon sites. The hotel is convieniently situated for transport links and in easy access of a lot of the top London sites. We really enjoyed the choice and quality of the breakfast offered.

I have stayed at Riu hotels in Cancun, Madrid, New York, and now London. Unfortunately, London has been the worst of all. We were given 3 towels for 4 people (one towel even had a hole in it), and seemed like they pulled pillows out of king bed to put on sofa sleeper, because we each got 1 flimsy pillow. The tissue holder was empty, and the view was into another buildings wall/ trash bins. We asked to be changed rooms and offered to pay for an upgrade to a room with a better view, but were told none were available until the next day. The only good thing I would say about this hotel was the breakfast was good and breakfast staff was friendly, unlike the lobby check in staff. There’s so many other nice hotels in the area- do that instead. We won’t stay again.
