First and foremost I’d like to say just how good the staff were. Very polite and friendly and couldn’t do enough for us. Room was comfortable and clean with lots of mini bar options. Bed was comfortable and we had a great nights sleep. Good central location only a few minutes from Paddington station.

Staff is wonderful, attentive, and helpful. Home baked cookies baked by staff at breakfast. Staff escorts you to your room at check-in and the room is cleaned daily. The entire hotel has been designed well and rooms are very comfortable. A minute’s walk from Paddington.

The room was very small but it had everything I needed except a magnifying mirror. The breakfast was very good and fresh and there was a nice coffee machine for latte, cappuccino, or whatever suited you. It was very convenience to Paddington station and several good restaurants.

Proximity to Paddington is ideal. Staff were kind, but not overly friendly. Room was small but adequate for a night. Probably the tiniest sink I have ever seen. All spaces were clean and the hotel overall has a really nice feel to it. Slightly overpriced for what it was but would consider going back.

The hotel was lovely and the staff were kind and professional. However, be cautious about reserving a “cabin room”. The bed was luxurious and full size, but there was no room to walk. It is a very small room, perfect for children to combine with a classic room. My husband and I upgrade to the superior room, which was exceptional.
