Clean and tidy hotel with comfy beds. No frills and breakfast is basic continental but does the job. Ensuite clean and shower worked well as many hotels have awful showers. For the price this place is great value.

Its centrally located, nice rooms with exceptional people on reception,no worries if you face any problem just come to the main desk and it will be solved.Another positive point is kitchen which open all the time and you can help yourself. All in all best place to stay, highly recommended.

Negative: There was no explanation about the check in and check out times on our booking. The toilet was very (too) small, the toilet seat was loose, the same goes for all handles and coathangers, one of the sockets didn't work. Hygiëne: the minimum. Positive: Great location, everything is nearby thanks to the underground. Breakfast was OK.

- the staff were rude, hostile and unhelpful. atrocious. don't go here. they were so condescending. - the breakfast was not great at all, muffins stale, coffee horrible - the bed was okay - the room was dirty - the bathroom was tiny, the water was freezing, the shower had horrible temperature, it was freezing cold

Fantastic time with amazing staff, the breakfast was nice, comfortable and clean room ,very good location ,good hotel value for money , front desk very ,honestly great hospitality ,i will stay here again

It's a good place depending on what you are doing Good painting in front desk Staff are very nice and helpful with a good service Free buffet breakfast Rooms and toilets are small, but clean It's good for less price hotels, I went to much more worse one, no elevator Too close from shops, stores and earl's court underground station No harm of staying there

Amazing location, simple hotel. Beautiful painting in the reception and friendly staff. Small rooms but I would not ask for anything more. I paid 60 pounds for air conditioned room with its own bathroom in this hot weather when the cheapest air conditioned room costed 200 pounds.

Me and my friend came 2 hours earlier before check in time and the staff were nice enough to offer us a better room which was ready to be occupied. We obviously took it and it looked really well! The price didn't change, yet the new room was 10 times better than the one we reserved. Staff was very friendly and funny. They're ready to help anytime and offer you free coffee and tea 24/7. Bathroom was clean and the cleaning lady left free soap every day in the bathroom. Free breakfast was okay, they offer you pretty much everything you would usually eat for breakfast. Coffee, tea, toasts, ham, cheese, different juices, yoghurts, milk, butter, jam... etc. The room was cleaned every day so it's really nice to come back to a clean room every day. Your stuff will not be touched. I left money on the counter and it didn't move from there. Our room had a nice balcony and a great view to the stunning streets of kensington. The hotel is very close from Earl's court underground so you'll never get lost and can traver anywhere you want from here. 2 streets away you'll find any type of restaurants, pubs, touristic shops, gift shops... etc. It's a very quiet and very clean place, streets and nerby houses are so nice, fancy cars everywhere. You'll feel safe there are police man standing 1 street away from the hotel watching the area. I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely come back when I've the chance!

Small rooms, and awfull bathrooms. The toilets are in such a bat shape that a slightly overweight person will not be able to use it. And they could use a bit of construction work. The shower was eigher too cold, or way to hot. The manager was friendly and they did a good job to make us feel welcome. Maby this hotel is still in an early state, and will improve. I hope so. Not planning on ever going back.

bad cracks down walls . damp in corner off ceiling coming down walls.blood stains on the bed .Shower looked like it had never had a clean .things hanging off the walls . and the window was flush to bed but a massive drop. roll over in the night your not waking up meaning no window open . lovely area loads of nice places to eat and drink good really as food there is terrible. could never stay there again and it's made me more aware of looking at every detail before we book somewhere again.
