Convenient location near trains, very friendly and helpful staff, but over-priced; the worst beds-Noisy, tiny, horrible! Also, due to heat, the windows needed to be open, but all night long, there were loud noises. Slept about a dozen hours total in 4 nights. No amenities. No breakfast supposedly due to covid, but NO one wore masks and there were NO restrictions anywhere, yet price was the same without 4 breakfasts. In short, hotel recommended for first night coming from Eurostar and night before leaving with Eurostar or other train, but book another hotel for the rest of your stay.

Great location and ok price. Tiny tiny room and saggy mattress. Nice receptionist. Somewhat surly breakfast staff. £5 charge to store your bag the next day.

Loved everything, especially the staff. The only downside was the mattress. It wasn't bad, as in it wasn't worth complaining about, but it wasn't great.

This hostel is very close to the train station but my room was not good at hotel, the shower water is very weak also lot of cockroaches even you can find them at the breakfast table.. I had breakfast included but the I saw I rather went out and eat somewhere else. I have to check out early and I have a carry case I dropped at the concierge jus for 3 hours he did charged me the whole day.. I won't come back...

Pros: Next to train station. Cons: Old and not too clean, not worth the high price, creaking bed, lot of loud people outside, bums all around, gets hot, window doesn't stay open, tv doesn't work, internet is choppy, small bathroom, have to leave key whenever leaving hotel for some reason.

The hotel was tiny with no elevator and I had 3 large bags. Customer service was horrible. The guy at the front was rude and I had to beg him to help me with my bags which he just left in the hallway instead of taking them to the door. The room was the size of a modest walk in closet. I literally left 10 minutes after getting there. I requested a refund and was flatly to no because my room was "fine". So at midnight, in the middle of London, I called an Uber and found a real hotel. I wouldn't recommend this place to my enemy.

Hallway bathroom impossibly tight. Had to leave coat and bag outside in hallway to get inside ...cant even turn around. Bedroom was in basement in back. Internet wifi weak. Bed frame was slanted so felt like sleeping on a hill. Room cold. Hand washed something it took two days to drip dry. Way too little for $85 a night. Spend the extra $20-30 and go for a big name chain. Spend extra and go for a chain.

The room was fine for me. It was clean. I do not expect any extras and that was fine. It was a bit noisy (thin walls) so you can hear the floor creaks and stuff. The construction going on next door was not their fault. I wish they would have had some fresh fruit (banana or apples) at the breakfast.

Not as the pictures told us. Some staff members , not friendly at all. Room is very uncomfortable, no phones, hot water kettle not working.
