This was a marvelous flat in the center of London. The flat has all the amenities and was located close to myriad restaurants and pubs. We thoroughly enjoyed this property.

Great Location!! We had a wonderful stay during our visit to London. The bathrooms shower and sink are smaller than standard so could be issue for larger individuals. Also, the entrance staircase needs to be used with caution. Vincenzo was prompt to help with any questions we had prior to our visit.

Perfect Location Flat

Perfect location to grocery, shops, restaurants and Tube. Comfortable bedding. Bathrooms very small, especially shower stall. Not enough living room furniture for a family. Front entrance to flat was dirty and underwhelming. Small spiral staircase was very difficult with luggage.

Location is perfect

This was a good choice for our week long visit. Access to Tube, busses, restos, sites was excellent. (Recommend: Dishoom Irani/Indian restaurant). Spacious and quiet, though the bathrooms weren't as pristine as the pics indicate and the kitchen could use counter lighting, however these are small issues. I'd happily stay here again. Good location

The apartment is spacious, comfortable, in a great location and close to public transport. Bedrooms had plenty of hanging and cupboard space and the reception area has table/chairs and lounge Kitchen well equipped however needs brighter lighting as bit dull especially near washer. The outdoor garden space had outdoor seating but Nov weather was not ideal!! Vincenzo is a great host and highly recommend this property.

Great location to base yourself from. Felt very safe in this location, easy to get either Ubers or bus to see the sights. Communication with the host was excellent and he was very supportive. Highly recommend this location. Beds were very comfortable to sleep on it would have been good to have the option to split one of the beds in two so that our kids could have had their own bed each.

London visit

Great to have a lock box on premises, makes a check in and out process easy. Clean apartment, comfortable beds. A little further from center than we originally planned, but very nice location. Thank you for honoring our reservation at the place in Kensington :-)

Great locale

I chose the location because a friend was around the corner at the holiday inn, but we were all happy with it. Great location, clean and tidy. The washer was a great touch. Had a minor concern which was handled respectfully and quickly by Vincenzo. Good spot.

Super fantastic location

This flat couldn't be more centrally located and in such a convenient place. So much nearby and super safe. You have to be prepared for the tricky stairs, but everywhere there has those, so not a big deal. Very worth it for the location!! Very spacious, quiet and well-appointed flat to relax after shopping and sightseeing.

Comfortable and convenient flat

Very nice flat in Kensington. Very close to Kensington High Street and the Tube station (as well as Boots and Marks and Spencer). The photos and description of the flat were accurate. Easy to communicate with the owner via WhatsApp. The only issue I saw was the stairs down to the flat: they are made for tiny feet and are steep and definitely not appropriate for anyone with balance or mobility issues or schlepping a large suitcase. Other than that, the flat is comfortable and convenient.

Disappointed

Unfortunately, this was our first poor experience with a property listed on VRBO. Although the property has ample space and the kitchen is relatively well appointed, the bathrooms were in bad need of updating. There was a lot of mold and mildew in back bedroom shower and both bathrooms'crudely built cabinets beneath sinks were falling apart. It may have at one time been like the pictures and description, but clearly has not been maintained.. As far as communication, it was fine once we checked in but we ended up having to contact customer support prior to our stay to get a hold of the manager or owner and get our check in information. Also, the entry into the garden apartment is tricky in the dark. The tightly winding black tile stairs are black and there is not a sensor light when you approach so the narrow winding staircase down to the apartment is pitch black in the evening... a member of our party fell going down those stairs on our arrival. Until this unit is updated and bathrooms brought up to standards, I would not recommend staying here.

Fantastic find in Kensington

Great basement flat with outside space in a perfect location for Kensington museums and Albert Hall and a less than 5 mins from High St. Ken tube station. Well equipped and really spacious. would definitely stay again on another London trip. Worth knowing that the spiral stone steps down to the flat are very narrow and steep, and likely to be a problem for anyone with mobility problems.

Perfect Location

Perfect location in a safe neighborhood. Stairs are a little tricky with bags but otherwise perfect place for two couples for a few days in London. Easy Tube access.
