Windows didn't lock so were kept open all night, Stains and hairs on beds Marks and stains all over the walls, No tv cables for the tv Light fittings hanging off the wall, 1 towel provided for a family of 6. No breakfast there and was advertising they offer breakfast when you book a family room. Rude customer service We were very uncomfortable there,

Worst experience for a hotel. Good price but turned up to a place with scaffolding all there. The front desk really coudnt care. The were doing work inside also. Got to room.....electrics hanging off the wall, no towels, soap, toilet paper, tea , coffee, no fan with the heat etc not even the basic of basics were covered. Crap over the walls and scaffolding literally outside the window for workers to look in. I refused to stay and ask my gf to wait while go sort another hotel. Paid extra £40 at best western. The standards were 100% better. Then went back go my stuff and went to give the key back and no front person. So just left the key and walked out. My and my gf can accept basic stay for a price but that was another level!! A prison a better facilities.

Wow just wow First impressions last receptionist..very rude man in reception when we arrived .. The room in a state of disrepair .. firstly when we arrived our room key was broken so didnt get one for a short while ..was told to relax but not a relaxing room at all ..room 5 .. just at the end of the corridor up a very small flught of stairs .. with a dirty window that has light from the corridor shining though it all night ... no blind or covering on it ..very noisy stay with receptionist catting the poor cleaner up Wall lamp above bed was broken main light had no covering on it .. tv had no plug ..shower only ran cold water .no shower head on shower . room was very dirty ..broken door handle on shower door .. then scaffolding alm up the building meaning that it wasnt very safe .. tes and coffee making facilities with no cups .. no toilet roll on arrival .. to top it alm off roomnext door was being remodelled so there was dust every where .bedding didnt fit the bed ..pillows were as hard a sacks of plaster .. . positive ..very good location

I had a terrible experience at this hotel. The room was infested with fleas, and I woke up covered in bites all over my body. This was extremely uncomfortable and unacceptable. I would not recommend staying here.

CONS: very basic, just a room and a bathroom, no shampoo or soap provided. PROS: excellent location, walking distance from Pimlico subway station and about 10 min walk from Victoria metro / train station, area seems nice and safe. if you want an affordable and well located place and dont care much for fanciness this is your option.

Shocking.

Shocking. From the minute I walked in. Couldn’t find my booking. Then had to wait outside for 10mins, walked back in after 5 minutes and the person behind the desk was rushing up and downstairs. Eventually gave me a room, guessing needed to quickly clean / change beds of a room. Signed my name and details on a sheet of paper then in. Noticed then, no toilet seat, poor inside and the coffee and milk sachets had been used and were in a cup at the side of the bed rather than being replaced. I know it’s 2* and you get what You pair for, but basics surely should be ok / manageable

How could you allow them to use a property which has major works going on. There were noise all night due to which we couldn’t sleep. Due to that noise and sleep issue we woke up late so we had to pay extra to just get ready and check out. Horrible experience. Also they were not beds at all, just two pieces of blocks with poor quality mattress on. Again due to that construction work we couldn’t open our windows for ventilation.. so no ventilation at all.

The bed and pillow were awful. The pillow was flat. The bed sagged so much in the middle that I would slide into the middle and couldn't keep my head at the top. The room was extremely small, which I knew going into it. There was no fridge or microwave. The bathroom was small that I had to sit sideways on the toliet. The shower curtain was disgusting looking. I found a bug and I really hope it wasn't a bed bug. It had good internet connection when you ask the front desk.
