Very good value hotel.

Very good value hotel. Clean , modern rooms whilst mine was slightly on the small side had everything you would expect for a pleasant short stay. Reception staff were very friendly, there is free secure parking and there are shops and takeaways on your doorstep. Would definitely stay again if working in the area.

The stay was overall okay. The staff were really good, helpful and very polite! Didn't get a chance to eat at the hotel due to other plans we had. However, the one thing id say is that the room i thought we had booked was a spacious room with a double bed and double wardrobe but the room we were in was a double bed and a single wardrobe and quite small in space so it was a bit cramped

Stayed here for an easy quick walk to the Excel London for a weekend convention. Lovely staff at the front desk when i arrived. I was in one of the rooms in the "annex building" which across the road above shops. They let me check in when i arrived at 1pm bedore the 2pm stated time and the guy walked me across the road to the room. Nice room looks newly decorated with modern bathroom including a rainfall shower. The room was advertised as a single bed but there was a double bed so that was a nice bonus. In the room was an electric fan, iron/ironing board, hairdryer, kettle with cup. spoon, sugar tea and cofee. There was hangers and a shelf above. The shelf was dusty. Wifi included. The smart tv has access to all the streaming serviced bht you need your own logins.

I recently stayed at the Prince Regent hotel next to the Excel Exhibition Centre and was genuinely impressed. The facilities were brilliant, clean, comfy and really convenient for the exhibition centre. But what truly stood out was the staff. Every single person I encountered was incredibly friendly, polite, and genuinely keen to do whatever they could to make the stay comfortable and pleasant. It made a big difference.
