This was our first time in London and we are extremely happy to have chosen the Conrad for our stay. Everything was absolutely wonderful, since the moment we arrived until the last minute. Friendly staff, great restaurants and walking distance from many touristic points, including the St. James Park, Buckingham Palace and the Westminster Abby. Special thanks to Alfonso for taking such a wonderful care of us!!

We spent 3 nights at the Conrad St James and found it to be a top notch hotel. Great food, lovely rooms, helpful staff.

Hotel located near many attractions. Staff is very friendly and helpful.

It's a great experience there. Very good customer service.

I booked a trip for our family for someone's birthday and ended up choosing the Conrad St James for it's location and value vs cost. First, the hotel is in a great spot. A few blocks from Westminster and Big Ben. It's on the quieter side of St James Park, which was nice but I also wished it had a couple more things around. However the trade off of being literally steps from the St James Park tube stop is worth it every time. We could be anywhere in London by crossing the street and taking the tube. It was ultra convenient because both the green and yellow lines (district and circle) run through that stop so we never waited more than 5 minutes for a train. As for the hotel, the rooms were very nice and comfortable. Not huge, but definitely not as small as some of the other rooms I've stayed at throughout Europe. It was a really nice size and well appointed. Our room had a bath tub and shower which was great for evening soaks. The only thing I wish the hotel had was a spa. But I knew that going in. For food, we had breakfast at the hotel most days just for convenience before we all went on our way for the day. Breakfast was good and a good value. Dinner at Blue Boar I'd skip. We had an especially long day and just wanted to grab a bite and go to bed early. My wife loved what she had, mine was fine. But it was £95 for a cocktail, 2 dinners and a water. Not worth the money when The Feathers next door had amazing food.

Excellent location !! Friendly and helpful staff. Within walking distance to a lot of sites. Very very good overall, including price.

Great staff in this updated historic hotel. The location can't be beat as it is just across the street from the St. James Underground (subway) and within short walking distance to Buckingham Palace, Westminster Abbey, the Thames, and the Eye.

Perfect location if you want to walk to London's sites - buckingham palace, Westminster abbey and Big Ben. Great hotel!

I stayed in this hotel with my daughter for Easter vacation. We had an awesome time and the hotel staff made our stay a pleasure. thank you for a job well done.

This was our second time staying at the Conrad and we enjoyed it very much. Staff are excellent. My only complaint would be the noise from the subway when your trying to sleep. Didn't notice it as much last time but did this time for sure. We were on the 6th floor as well. The lounge is very nice and has a lot to offer

Hotel was lovely and in a great location. Our room was beautiful with a soft bed and an amazing rain shower. We would gladly stay here again.

We went to London for 7 days for a much needed and long anticipated vacation. My wife had stayed at Intercontinental hotels before and was pleased with the service, but the London Westminster surpassed all our expectations. It is a beautiful hotel that is located in a fantastic location in the middle of all the action in London. A few blocks walk to Buckingham Palace or Westminster Abbey. The staff could not do more for us from the moment we arrived until they put our bags in the car as we departed. Bottom line, this is the ONLY hotel we will stay in when we return to London.
