Main issue was check-in - we queued for a while in the main lobby as it wasn't clear there was a separate check-in for the City Sleeper wing. Signage was not clear on this point. Everything else was great.

The staff were very pleasant and extremely helpful. However, once you got off the elevator, the area smelled terribly damp and was exceptionally dark and dreary. . The room however, was pleasant enough but did have an odor so we opened the windows and turned on the fan, which helped a bit. The first night the fire alarm went off at 2 AM …,hundreds of us evacuated on our own. We could smell something like an electrical shortage and it burned my throat. We waited outside for an hour while the fire department responded and inspected. We followed the crowd back into the hotel and asked a security person what happened and all he would say was that it was safe to go back in. We would never stay there again.

Special little touches for a special birthday celebration and the staff were so polite, welcoming and helpful they couldn’t do enough to make our stay enjoyable. Great location for getting around central London. Will definitely stay again

The location of this hotel couldn't be better 10 min walking to Euston or King's Cross railway stations, 5 min away from Russell Square underground staion. There lots of museums, parks, cafes and restaurants around. And Oxford Street is near by. The hotel staff was wondeful. Especially many thanks to receptionist Wasib who was extremely kind and polite and accommodated us earlier in a quiet room as we requested. The room was clean, comfy and good-sized. We will definitely come back there. Thank you!
