Traveled with family

Scandaleux !!!

Un scandale ! Le numéro de téléphone pour contacter la personne sur place à notre arrivée était erroné. Nous n'avons pas pu entrer dans l'appartement. Et en plus Hotels.com refuse de nous restituer l'argent. Une vraie arnaque, qui me conduis à utiliser les voies légales pour récupérer mon argent !!!
