I went for a night due to work i booked a double room because i like space. I got the big bed but the room was way to small. Other than that, the receptionist was professional, the hotel clean and tidy an i liked the structure of the building as well. Likely to come back.
So this hotel doesn't look much from the outside, but it is great... We had a friendly greeting, a great room, good shower, lovely breakfast and it is safe and secure Can't ask for anymore than that..if you are coming to Camden then don't stay anywhere but here!
This hotel surpassed my expectations. For the price you really don't expect much however we were pleasantly surprised! The hotel was very clean, staff were friendly, facilities were good, good size breakfast included and a luggage room to store our luggage for the day we checked out! For £100 you really can't complain. Overall we had no problems whatsoever in this place and wouldn't hesitate to book again.
Friendly staff and front desk. Small but clean rooms, for alone travelers the room is big enough. Little bit far from city center but you get good connection via chalk farm or litte walk away from camden town. Breakfast was a little disappointment but for 2 stars good enough (i guess). People on budget should consider starting here.
Excellent location, underground station metres from hotel, plenty bars and restaurants around. Hotel is basic but clean. Friendly staff. Good in house breakfast. Walls a bit thin, Very noisy pipes. Rooms are warm. Would stay again.
The staff are all super friendly and that's a big plus and worth giving the hotel 5 out of 5. Yeah it's basic but it's clean. The wifi was fast so I was happy as i had studying to do. I was in the front and some nights I used the free ear plugs they gave me but I had a great sleep every night. 30 days here didn't drive me mad.
I have to admit I wasn't expecting much. I just wanted a safe and convenient place to stay on my visit to Camden and the Amy winehouse exhibition at the Jewish museum. I was very pleasantly surprised. Ideal, central location opposite the roundhouse and Chalk Farm underground station. Very friendly staff and my room was ready for me at 2.30 but they will store your bags as well. Very clean hotel, nice bathroom and I felt very safe as a lone female traveller. 2 minutes walk to Camden market, sainsbury local and cashpoint is 1 minute away. I would use this place again.
OK, its not luxury but its clean and practical. Friendly staff too. Room was fine but if I am picky the shower is far to small. Cubicle type with sliding doors. If you are heavy set it will be a squeeze. Other than that perfect. Right across the road fro Camden underground thus easy access everywhere. 5 quid for a fried breakfast or healthier musli and yoghurt option is a deal. I will be back
To be brutally honest I wasn't expecting a great deal but agreed to share a twin room with a friend as we were attending a concert at Camden Roundhouse. The hotel doesn't look much from the outside but is literally across the road from the Roundhouse and handily across from the pub that other fans had agreed to meet in :) We were greeted warmly by the receptionist and were able to check in to our room a little early which was much appreciated. We were on the second floor and only had a light bag so no trouble with the stairs. The room was very clean, bright, airy and comfortable, an absolute bargain at £45 each for the twin. Tea and coffee making facilities were also provided. The staff were an absolute credit to this hotel with nothing being too much trouble. Can't comment on breakfast as didn't have any but I know several of our group did and they enjoyed it. The location is perfect for both the Roundhouse and Camden Market and will definitely be back!
Stayed here for one night during the week. Hotel is a minute walk from Chalk Farm tube station. Rooms are basic but clean and comfortable. There is no lift and doors don't feel very secure. The receptionist was extremely pleasant and helpful. Breakfast is taken in the adjoining coffee bar but is small in size and you are only allowed one cup of coffee. The staff there could do to brush up on their customer service skills. Not bad for £75 but there are better around .
