Great accommodation. 3 adults on a leisure break & good to have a decent space. Sofa bed was comfortable & large. All staff really friendly. Great breakfast selection & quality. 5-10 minute walk to the tube. Shops & takeaways all around. A multi cultural area close to the city. I may have felt a bit hesitant to walk from the tube if alone due to groups of people around - although didn’t see anything which caused concern. Would definitely stay again if the price was good.

Overall clean, they need to add more attention to detail. The dishes were not clean bc I could feel food stuck to them. I had to wash every dish I was going to use before using it. Bathroom doors had sticky drippings on them. The obvious places were spotless, but the details lack.

The property itself was nice, just down the street from the train station. The 4 bedroom unit that we stayed in had a very strong sewer smell coming from one of the bathrooms in the bedroom which made the whole room smell terrible. The staff didn’t do anything to remedy the situation. For the amount of money paid, they really need to have that fixed. Otherwise, comfy beds and good enough for a couple nights.

We really enjoyed our stay here - comfy bed, Smart TV, a fully-kitted kitchen which had a sliding door to separate it from the bedroom was a great touch, heated towel rail in the bathroom, spacious room. We’d stay here again
