La più brutta esperienza della mia vita.

Contattiamo l'hotel non appena arrivati in aeroporto per chiedere se ci aspettavano per il check in visto che nella mail di conferma c'era scritto che non hanno la reseption per tato bisognava chiamare. Mi rispondono "signora non si preoccupi siamo qui" ok allora prendiamo un taxi e ci facciamo portare all'indirizzo dell'appartamento un'ora e un quarto dall'aeroporto e alle 23.30! Arrivati all'appartamento non c'è nessuno ad attenderci, strada buia e figuriamoci a quell'ora già tutti ubriachi in giro per Londra. Richiamo al numero indicato e mi risponde un'altra persona che mi dice che il check in andava fatto a best wester (dall'altra parte della città) e ci avrebbero dato le chiavi.... Secondo loro era tutto scritto nella prenotazione...assolutamente NO!!!! Ok prendiamo il taxi andiamo a fare il check in torniamo in appartamento. Sul foglio loro c'era scritto appto12 sulla chiave 1. Facciamo il giro dell'isolato andiamo al numero 12 e le chiavi ovviamente non aprono. Torniamo all'ingresso e proviamo al numero 1 che é sotto terra dietro i cassonetti dell'immondizia... Orami le 2 di notte (MA SCHERZIAMO! ABBIAMO ANCHE PAGATO IN ANTICIPO!!!) tutto questo con un bimbi di 2 mesi in braccio che dorme e uno di 3 anni affamato e stanco...
