Pet friendly, but charges you $10 a night and gives you the worst room

Front desk almost impossible to communicate with, property isn't clean, towels are old and dirty

When i booked this property for 2 rooms i was under the impression that they would be next to each other. They were actually on far ends of the second floor which was extremely had to get to as there was only one flight of worn out dirty stairs. When asked if we could get better accommodations he said he was completely booked up and would not do anything to make it easier for members of my group that was over the age of 65. We noticed that the 2 rooms next to us was empty for the entire 3 day stay. The pool that was listed had not been in use for many years. The antiquated AC and heating unit in one room had exposed wiring clearly a safety concern. One of the room had a toilet that only worked half the time. We had other family that needed a place to stay for the funeral we were there for and begrudgingly booked 2 more rooms for a 1 night stay. They were located one the first floor and also not next to each other. My oldest daughter tried to negotiate with the manager and again to no avail

I'm in a wheelchair. Upon checking in we asked if there was an ADA room available. There wasn't which is fine. Then we were told our room was on the second floor. We asked if there was an elevator and he said no. What part of my wife is in a wheelchair don't you understand! How is putting us on the second floor even possible? Obviously he wasn't paying attention to our needs. A little insulting. He did cancel our reservation with out fees which was the only good part of our experience. Then we had to find a last minute hotel on graduation day in a small town. Frustrating!

The employee that was behind the desk when I went to check-in was extremely rude and acted as if I was interrupting something more important. After check-in, he followed my companion and I to our room and kept starting at us like we were criminals or something. Wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone.

Horrible communication took forever to check in. The stuff came out in a T-shirt and boxers. The hotel was okay in cleanness, the t.v didn’t work very well and there were spiders in my bed. I did however like how quite and organized it was. Overall for the price it’s alright but probably won’t be back.

Lobby door was locked when I arrived. I rang the bell and the attendant came out and unlocked the door and walked away without making eye contact. The lobby had stuff everywhere. The attendant never looked up and checked me in. The breakfast was available in the same room. There was a card table and folding chairs. The room was dirty and looked more like a small town gas station repair shop. Not a place to prepare or serve food. The property looked abandoned. The pool had been drained for a long time. The asphalt was in need of repair, the stairs were in need of repair. The exterior walls were falling apart. Leaves were everywhere. The whole building needed paint and/or repair. The room had not been updated since it was built. My guess is about 40 years ago. Shampoo was used from the day before. Hole in the wall. Broken furniture. Nasty smell. This place is a dump. Easily the worst place I've ever stayed.

Just can't relate this motel to the name of Howard Johnson Inn. Feel cheated because we paid the price to live in a Howard Johnson Inn, but it was nothing like we were living in a Howard Johnson Inn.

The hotel staff weren't unfriendly, but your could tell there was no pride taken in the place. The carpets are in desperate need of a cleaning, and the housekeeping staff clearly doesn't care to make sure things are actually clean in in good order. You could tell the toilets hadn't really been scrubbed in a while, just wiped down. The shower curtain wa s dirty and the sheets were stained. Overall, gross.

I expected a llitle bit more from a Howard Johnson's hotel. Bad breakfast, bad coffee.

Room was nice, clean and compfy. Fridge, microwave , coffee pot and a good size flat panel TV. Breakfast was not much to look at. They ad says an indoor pool, was not, just outside and closed because of the season. Over all a good stay, will do it again..

The outlets were coming out of the walls. Just felt dingy.

Very friendly staff. Clean room but no bath tub only a shower

Awful. I'm not a picky traveler, but this hotel was absolutely unacceptable. It was full of bugs! We walked into the room, and realized it was crawling, and walked right back out. Even though we only spent 5 min in the room, the manager refused any refund. Luckily there was another hotel in town with an open room. This establishment need to be condemned.

This hotel was run down with old scratched furniture and was 1960 vintage. The staff could barely speak English. The room had a bad smell. I would not recommend this Hotel.

Huge wolf spider found in 'family suite' room. Felt like we were in a 1970's run down motel. There are a lot of other options for staying, no need to suffer here.

Nice comfortable hotel. Friendly and helpful front desk staff.

This hotel was so dirty and that feeling did not leave us for days. We arrived and walked into the room and were met by the overwhelming smell of mildew and smoke. As we would walk across the room, we would find what felt like trap doors in the floor that made for a very uneasy sleep. I would not recommend staying here for any reason what so ever! I think any positive review of this hotel would be from the staff or owners.

The hotel is very convenient to Brigham City - we were able to get to our parents' home in about 5 minutes. It is also convenient to I-15, the way to other places nearby.
