Equipped with a large heated pool , hot tub overlooking the ocean, private panoramic sauna and clear domes to sit back outdoors and enjoy the ocean views and nature any time of the year. It's a great base to explore the best beaches in Nova Scotia or to simply kick back and unwind.

Covid -19 and measures:

Our cleaners painstakingly wipe down all surfaces and high touch areas with a diluted bleach solution and all bedding is washed at the highest temperature to ensure the house is properly disinfected between guest visits.

Close to the best beaches in Nova Scotia . Summerville beach , Hunts Point beach and White Point beach resort are within 5 minutes. The Town of Liverpool is 10 minutes away by car.

The house is located in a quiet fishing village surrounded by powder white sandy beaches. Neighbours are spaced far apart and properties are very private. White Point Beach Resort is located within a 5 minutes drive and offers top notch facilities including a golf course and countless activities for the family. The historic Town of Liverpool is within a 10 minutes drive.

There are a few restaurants in the area. Quarterdeck has an upscale restaurant overlooking Summerville Beach.

White Point Resort as a restaurant a few minutes drive from us as well.
There is a fish and chips seafood restaurant called seaside seafoods up the street from us as well.

Room details
There are 2 queen sofa beds in the main living room which can each accommodate 2 people. The upstairs bedroom has a queen sized bed, the bedroom on the main floor has 2 twin beds and the downstairs bedroom as a queen bed and a queen size sofa bed each of which can accommodate 2 people.
The rock room has a futon ( double bed) There are 5 washrooms in the house, 2 of which have a shower and bathtub. The rest of the 3 washrooms are half baths .

- Organic waste , recyclables and garbage needs to be sorted and put in the appropriate bins labeled outside the house
- No smoking in the house and No pets allowed
- Try to make sure the house is left in a basic need and tidy condition.
- We would really appreciate if there are no loud social gatherings as we really respect our neighbours and don't really want to be complained about . We would appreciate if kids don’t play with playdoh , water or slime inside the house . Furniture should not be moved . FirePit is not supposed to be moved . Garbage needs to sorted , Burn restrictions are to be followed. Water to be poured once fire pit is used . Only toilet paper to be flushed , we have a septic tank .
