My room had blood stains on the carpet and door by the bathroom. Large droplets. Bed sheet had stain on it. Not sure if it was a set in stain that was washed and didn’t come out but wasn’t chancing it. Slept on top of sheets and comforter for the night. Comforter also had cigarette holes in it. Went down to get coffee at 7:15am and breakfast room was still locked. Hours were posted on door open at 7 am. Felt like I needed a shower after leaving hotel. Pictures on website DO NOT MATCH what you really see and get in person.

Property in poor condition. Rooms and bathrooms dirty. Not enough washcloths and blankets.

The pool was closed, gym was pathetic, hardly any equipment. Tub was large though, but jets would not work. Outlets were spotty. TV was going out and had lines going down it.

Customer service was poor,did provide a welcome experience.No hospitality,The front desk clerk was rude and very unprofessional.The hallways had mold,and smelled of sewage.

The breakfast was terrible, was just a bag at the lobby, the pool was closed, there was no drain for the bathtub, and the refrigerator froze everything. When I called the front desk, the phone rang for about four minutes.

Seems little outdated. Just needed a place to sleep and it was adequate.

The property has alot of promise. Needs a little more TLC. The pool was down for repair and the continental breakfast was a bag lunch. Overall the room was great and the hottub was amazing

Comfortable bed

Outside of the property could use some work but they have renovated the inside and it is nice. Little sad that the pool was not up and running.

Nice place

We walked into the room and were immediately hit by a waft of urine. Room and whole property was disgusting. Embarrassing for the HoJo's/Wyndham brand. Don't stay here. We left and got an immediate refund and found another hotel, thankfully.

The only think was nice in my hotel room was the king size bed and jacuzzi big tub . They need better pillows , tv sound that actually works and cleaner area . You literally can see black mold everywhere cus there is no ac in the building running . It’s only ac in your room But mold smell will knock you down . Also hair dryer don’t work either for ladies that like to dry your hair after a shower.

For the money and access to the greater Williamsburg area...this place can't be beat. Also...every guest that I interacted with was friendly and smiling!!

the older lady that worked the early day shift wasn't so polite or accomidating. some of your rooms on my floor the doors were being held open by the night latch , it was as if someone was staying in there but had no key, I reported it several times and nothing was done about it, the one lady said that someone was working in there, but I came in twice between 12am and 2pm and I saw someone come out that just went for a smoke and returned in 10 min. very strange. I had to changed one of my rooms because the tv was very small and it looked like blood stains on the closet walls. very disappointed for this to be a wyndham. Also it looks abandon from the front. Please investigate this hotel

Horrible hotel. No pool no breakfast. Nothing worked. Unclean. Unsafe.

The room was very nice.

Loved the toom very spacious but did have some stains on the carpet and linens.

We are very sorry that your stay was not as expected. We have a grab and go breakfast we advertise that can be gotten at the front desk. All carpet has been replaced now . Thank you for letting us know and we will continue to improve.
