With out a doubt the worse property I have ever stayed at. It is disgusting. The water didnt work for a shower. It is advertised with a restaurant. No. It advertises breakfast..White bread for toast and coffee. Really?? Desk person couldn't communicate in English upon check in. Holes in the walls behind desk. The rooms smelled so bad. If it wasn't really late, we would have left.
I will never stay at another Ramada inn. So disappointed , dirty , smelled like chemicals, pool area was a joke. Peeling and rusty tub. YUCK!!!
Furnishings were dated and in need of repair
Difficulty with room key card every night I returned to hotel. It limited our ability to go use the pool. No coffee maker in room. TV remote did not work. Remote was for a Samsung, TV was not a Samsung. There were not manual buttons to control the tv
Was ok for the stay. Husband was looking forward to using the hot tub but it was hazy and dirty water. Front desk not very helpful. Checking out was given another persons reciept. Was double charged by Ramada. All efforts to be refunded went unheard by the manager/staff. Had to dispute 2nd charge with my bank and now have to wait longer to get money back. Very upsetting and I will never book a Ramada again.
The front desk lady was very nice but the hotel itself was very disappointing. The doors from the parking lot weren’t working so I had to go all the way around to the front with my luggage to get in. Then in the bathroom the toilet was running and I had to fix it myself so it would quit running. Then there were no coffee cups or drinking cups in the room so I had to go to the front lobby again to get some of those. Lastly when I checked out I was concerned about my deposit and asked for a business card with the phone number and they didn’t even have that. I would not stay here again. They need to do some major work on this place.
Room was not clean. Pulled the sheets off down to the mattress cover and there were crumbs all it. Told the front desk but they only had 2 staff in the building. I ended up having to use a vacuum to clean it myself.
Nothing to say that is good.
I liked the closeness to everything especially to Bates College which is why we were there to take out daughter there for her first year at college the continental breakfast was nothing just toast and coffee and some juice, would've liked a more traditional continental breakfast other than that I had no problem with this establishment.
Didn’t have a working toilet upon check in. Notified the front desk 3 times and was told maintenance would be notified. We are checking out with a non working toilet. How would you rate this experience ? Can’t Blame that on COVID

Regarding the room key, the only thing I can assume happening is when it was reactivated, the front desk clerk did not activate it for more than one night. I will speak with the appropriate department about fixing this inconvenience.In regards to the other concerns, we hope these issues were reported to our front desk staff and that they were able to accommodate you appropriately. Dear Alana, We are truly sorry for your experience with us. We strive to make our guests stay as best as possible. About 2 weeks ago, we transitioned to new ownership. This complicated our system and only put a hold on your card so they could charge it after they took over. I do not think you have been double charged due to this reason. After 4-5 business days your money should be put back into your account. We hope you can give us another chance in the near future!
