There was no indication of renovations at this hotel in their profile. Our room was filthy, and one of the queen beds was broken when we first entered the room. Not to mention a 2x4 keeping the window closed....classy. We were transferred to another room that was adequate, but there was no breakfast. Old muffins and wrapped up fruit is not what Ive come to expect from a Hampton Inn. Had the hotel been transparent about these things, we just would have booked somewhere else.

The staff was friendly and check in was fast. The room was clean and well equipped. The bed was very comfortable. The only problem was the bathroom sink. It was clogged and wouldn't drain. We reported it to the front desk and they gave us a tool to use to unblock the sink. It did not help much.

The room reeked of the smell of dog pee. It was extremely strong. The hotel was old and was definitely not up to Hampton Inn standards.

Rooms were bright and clean. The staff was friendly and helpful and they had a wonderful breakfast with plenty to choose from.We enjoyed the pool, hot tub, and fitness room. The only thing I noticed they could improve on were the hallway carpet were a little stained and worn. but everything else seemed very kept up and clean.

I’ve stayed at this property before and been very happy. This visit it was a great disappointment. There was hair on the sheets and the railings in the stairwells were sticky. The continental breakfast was disappointing. They were out of most items and kept telling guests that it would be 25 minutes before they would be replaced.

Me time get away (quarterly)

The 1st room I was in had a very loud a/c unit. I asked to switch rooms and the front desk immediately found me another room and it was much better. The only recommendation I would have make would be that the chair at the desk is really stained and not appealing. Otherwise, all is good
