This is a historical hotel in downtown Glens Falls. It has been beautifully restored from the gorgeous lobby to the hallways to the beautiful rooms. There's a restaurant and a pub on-site. There are many restaurants within walking distance. We came to town for a funeral amd the church was a 5-minute walk. Free self-parking. Close to library and park. We would stay here again.

Always a pleasant stay

Always love the pool and hot tub

We had a great stay at the Queensbury Hotel. Very convenient location. We were able to walk to downtown and explore a few of the bars there. The room is historic but beautifully updated. The lady that checked us in was super friendly. The only issue we had was that we tried to eat breakfast at the restaurant there in the hotel but after waiting more than 5 minutes to find a hostess to be seated we finally just left. Besides that we had a great stay and would definitely stay here again.

I Love the old renovated building! The decor is beautiful and fitting for that era. Everything is beautiful. Walkable to so many places to eat, altho dining is great there. The only thing we noticed is the toilet was so low. We have stayed there 2 different times now and will stay again.

Very nice room, quiet area.

The property was under construction outside but it was a really nice clean hotel, the room was really nice with a nice park view. I had to wait for the front staff because there was a wedding but the stay and overall experience was positive, will stay and recommend this to anyone that’s visiting the area.

Recently remodeled. Very clean. Nice bar and fitness room in hotel. Very nice but not excessively priced. Dog friendly. Walking distance to many restaurants and bars.

Check in at 4pm arrived at 3pm. Informed rooms not ready which is fine. At 5:47pm we were checked in for first room and second room at 6pm. We arrived to rooms after 10 minutes knock on door for tub knob maintenance took about 20min. Before leaving to NY ICE CASTLE requested Late check out and was informed too many people had late check outs. The irony i arrived before many and was waiting for long time but others arriving after were checked in with no problems or delays. After reminding staff of long wait she shrugged shoulders and with attitude stated only one room would receive late check out but we politely informed staff of check in and bathroom maintenance and she comied with attitude. The hotel however is very nice with incorporation of new and old.

All staff was very nice and friendly except for one older lady working in the breakfast area. Not only did was she rude when a couple tried to come in for just coffee a few minutes before they closed. She yelled acrossed the restaurant asking what time it was when she had the time right in front of her. Then the female of this couple had a medical emergency and she was making comments about how she should have closed the door instead of helping the women. She never offered to help or to call 911. She just stud there complaining and acting like it was an inconvenience to her.

Staff was friendly and engaging. Wonderful live music in the main lobby. This is a historic hotel that sure was a flagship in its day. It was very busy with a mature clientele.

I enjoyed that the old world charm of the hotel was maintained while updating its interior. The staff was friendly.

Beautifully kept hotel with lovely original architecture and detail. Room was comfortable and decorated in a modern yet classic style to the hotel. A small room fridge would be my only suggestion. Excellent location and walkable to all town amenities, including a lovely park right across the street with live music in the gazebo on certain nights. Plenty of hotel parking! Front desk staff were wonderful and always very accommodating! Breakfast service in the morning at the restaurant was very slow, but food was delicious. Amazing stay all around! Would definitely stay again and recommend this hotel!

It was all good. The employees were efficient, helpful, and friendly. The hotel has a pleasant look - black & white with some red. Everything was very clean. The hotel is in a great location, in a walkable area. It’s near the bikeway, restaurants, shops, museums, and other places of interest.

The 1926 appeal made it special!

very nice hotel clean and beds were great//would stay again////
