The hotel lobby and the hotel in general are good...excellent fitness room and pool. The room has a high ceiling, spacious room size, very poor sound insulation, I clearly heard everything that was said in the next room, as if they were next to me, and the room itself was very outdated. At the bar in the lobby, the cocktails were not tasty, we ordered chicken wings, they were as if they were made of rubber, it was impossible to eat them. In general, the hotel is normal if you go there for the promotion price.

These stars are only for the services and pool facility. The rooms are small and other facilities are mediocre. Not the way its rated here. Lot of hidden charges which are not appreciated once you come to know about them. If the management really sees the reviews then would request them to not keep anything hidden. I stayed at The Queensbury Hotel for three nights in October, and everything about my experience was outstanding. The staff were warm, welcoming, and always ready to help — from the front desk to the housekeeping team. My room was nice and clean and spacious too. The location couldn’t be better — just a short walk to the restaurants, and local shops. I also appreciated the small touches like complimentary bottled water, our $20 restaurant credit and music both Friday and Saturday nights. Overall, I felt very comfortable and well taken care of during my stay. I would definitely return and recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway.
