Room was clean. Staff were friendly. Waterpark was ok as there were no long lines or overly crowded. The lazy river/hot tub were unkempt. We spotted two bandaids and numerous hair ties in the lazy river the first day along with someone’s bandaids they put over stitches. The next day we decided to give it another try. We saw the same bandaids and hair ties in the water. I was disappointed, kids didn't care but I decided to cut the day short and went to do other things.

The staff here is always POSITIVE & hard working. If it’s not technically their job, they make it their business to solve your issue. We have stayed here twice now and I’m a picky person and I will return over and over.

Rooms were clean and spacious to accommodate my family of 5. Staff were friendly and very helpful at checkin. The Hurricane restaurant staff was amazing! Loved the water park. Perfect for my 7,5 and 2 yr old. Something for all of them to do and stay occupied the whole time! Great experience! We will be back!
