Stay in an updated/renovated room! Our first non-renovated room was very musty and the toilet ran non-stop. We switched to another non-renovated room and it was better, but in general the property is a little "tired." Dining at Johnny Rockets took forever due to limited staff (everywhere these days), and many rides were closed at Six Flags (presumably for the same reason).
Everything was perfect the only thing I didn’t like is they use same entrance for hotel guests and people that visit park for one day, there is a lots of traffic to get to the hotel.
The place was okay
Clean facility. Food options on premises. Waterpark was clean.
Bed was dirty staff blow me off like it was not a problem. Supervisor was rude and didn’t want take accountability of what was going on
Front desk staff are not friendly and welcoming.
Indoor water park was a hit with kids but the hotel rooms need ‘deep cleaning’. Ice machine on floor broken, coffee maker in room broken and phone was broken! Gone all day and still room was not done due to short staffing.
The have a new staff and they don’t know what they doing. That charge me twice the hotel and I’m still waiting to they give me my money back. But the rest is good
Love the water park
Great place waterpark is freezing though! Mids had fun as all adults froze following kids. The water is just so cold definitely not heated.
It’s a ton of fun for kids, but it was understaffed so allot of it was closed
We love this hotel. I was happy there was some water activities for us to do during this pandemic. It was nice and relaxing and not crowded.
Worn out, not maintained. No amenities. Just awful.
They unexpectedly closed half the water park 3 hours early?!?! Left the 3 big slides and baby part open. What a waste if time and money!!!
Great place to stay for a few days with children. I liked that you really didn’t need to leave the facility for anything...enough food options and things to go right on site. I do think that staff need to work harder on keeping the restrooms and changing rooms cleaner in the water park area and they need to fix the lockers!

We recognize this is still a competitive environment with staffing, especially since we’re all completing for the same applicants locally because we are located in a tourist area.
