The location is not bad for a business appointment in the city, and the rooms are a decent size, clean and comfortable. I was not impressed with the level of service here, but staff were generally friendly and helpful.

Great location, helpful stuff, amazing outdoors pool, good hotel restaurant. Although the rooms with the view are dated and smelly, the air conditioner temperature can't be regulated so it's freezing cold, bathtub is collecting water. They say the other wing is much better, but we preferred to enjoy the view. The reception stuff vas very kind to let us check out after 16:00 without paying extra.

This property is so huge that it is impossible to see the whole hotel. Stayed at the 5th floor of east wing from 15-18june with wife n infant son. We all loved this place. The view is terrific. You have the pride of Kuala Lumpur right infront of you the moment you slide the curtains. Stunning view of the twins. Very strategically located.Suitable for both tourists n business visitors. There r 2 railway stations nearby. Bukit nana and Dang Wangi. If you have to visit KL Sentral, choose dang wangi. The breakfast is good but reach early as it finishes early.due to big groups lodging at the hotel. 8/10 👍

This hotel was fantastic, stayed here for 4 nights and had a fantastic stay. The pool was so nice with a bar in the pool and lots of sun loungers. It's also in a great location within walking distance from the Petronas towers. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. Had a great stay here.

This hotel was absolutely amazing especially for the price we paid..to wake up and go asleep looking at the towers was great. The hotel had all the facilities you need and so central to everything..highly recommend this hotel..customer service was 100% catered to our every needs.

Lifestyle Club Rooms are wort the money we paid, very clean and comfortable. Rooms have wired broadband which was very useful for me. Access to Club lounge was great. Superior rooms in East Wing are smelly and outdated. Pool and the gym are the highlights. Best in KL. Location is good and close to everything. Breakfast not so much to talk about, but OK. Stuff is friendly, helpful and well trained. Definitely will stay there again.

We stayed here a week in June and found everything satisfactory There is some refurbishment in progress which is needed Good facilities and courteous staff combined with good location I would stay again

Free upgrade east wing 2008 amazing view of twin towers, room smelt musty I rang and a man came and sprayed fresher which only covered smell for a short time the room smelt our whole stay we thought it may be in air conditioner as one night when enter foyer the smell was there. Disappointment with bathroom ceiling was dripping water and stained as was the bath Loved the pool and the staff were happy and friendly we chatted with them each night. The restaurant breakfast buffet was delicious and many choices for vegetarians. Would I stay again only in a new renovated West wing room Close to all transport including the free KL bus that no staff mentioned it stops out the front every few minutes the bus takes you all over the city

Location: Convenient location is the highlight of Renaissance Hotel. The Petronas Twin Towers are at 10 mins, Malaysian Tourism Office at 3 mins and Bukit Nanas Monorail Station at 2 mins walking distance from the hotel. You can easily get Uber cabs at the entrance that makes easy going around town. Reception: The staff at the reception is good and our check-in was quite swift. We had to pay RM400 as refundable deposit for our 4 night stay. This was quite shocking and unexpected. We decided to pay in cash because some reviews mentioned that they take around a month to refund back to your credit card. Our cash was refunded promptly during check-out. Service: We found the service as average, nothing special. It felt like the staff was just going about their daily chores. Well, even at the breakfast, there was chaos and the staff was not attentive enough. The same was the case at the swimming pool. The housekeeping was quite prompt though. Room: We had a room in the East wing of the hotel and it did offer a breathtaking view of the Petronas Twin Towers. Well, having said that, the room itself was quite old and screaming for an upgrade. The bath fittings were too dated and lacking the usability and finesse that the trendy fittings offer. The toiletries were also quite ordinary. Food: The breakfast spread was good but they were rather lethargic on the refill. The spread was a mix of Malay, Chinese, Continental and Indian cuisine. Useful Tips: - Download Uber or Grab app on your phone. Uber are much cheaper, clean and convenient than local taxis. - Be prepared to pay 100 RM per night as refundable deposit during check-in. Preferably pay in cash, else it will take weeks to get it back on card. - Select rooms in the East wing if you want the view of Petronas Towers; West wing for Menara KL view. - West wing rooms are modern and contemporary, east wing are old and dated.

Attended Pageantry Mindset & Etiquette Workshop Miss Grand KL 2017 by Mrs Borneo World, Mrs June Yap at one of the hotel ballroom. Indeed it is a great venue with nice ambience & sound system for us to gain the best knowledge there! Staff service is good when they greet us, & I felt very comfortable to be there with the cleanliness of the hotel. Thumbs-up! 👍👍👍
