Stayed one night due to business conference. Helpful and efficient front desk service. Spacious and modern room. Comfy bed. Good shower and wifi. Superb breakfast buffet. Conference facilities, service and catering for conference very good. Seems to be very good location, but had no time to explore. Very satisfied with my stay.
WOW WOW WOW! We stopped in KL to meet some friends while enroute to Langkawi for our honeymoon and stayed at Westin. The team around Mizan and Amy prepared an exceptionally warm welcome with generous hospitality. Upon entering our room we were surprised by special honeymoon decoration and tasty amenities. The culinary team is lead by Chef Rudy and we had a great evening at 443 Bar. As we were meeting with friends we dined outside but the Prego restaurant looked fantastic. We will try it when we are back! A big thank you to the team that created such memorable moments for us!
From the very beginning until the end of our stay period everything was amazing! Friendly staff and also very helpful staff. We also amazed by one of your reception staff (correct me if I’m wrong) her name is Priya (very well service) overall everything was amazing and definitely will come back
In KL for business stay at The Westin. Close to the hub. Good staff. Executive lounge is good. Resident area also good if you need more space. Overall pleasant stay will be back. May need to look at offering some in-house spa services as I always go over to The Ritz Carlton next door.
Westin KL is my home in KL. Thank you for the surprising upgrade to a Westin Suite over the weekend. A huge spacious room with a coffee machine. You guys should consider having coffee machines like this in the other rooms too ;) I had a great check in experience and it helped as I was in a hurry. The food in the Executive Lounge seems to have improved further. Only feedback I have is with the restaurant downstairs for breakfast. Maybe there is a way to indicate a table is taken? As I had my breakfast on my own, I often found my table being hijacked each time I went to get food. Last but not least, thank you to Said who is the Executive Lounge Manager for being a champion in arranging a comfortable stay for me.
I have stayed many times at westin KL mainly for business for its primary location. The hotel now is in urgent need of renovation: rooms are not sound proof, you could literally hear your neighbor upstair using the bathroom, and the next door one. Not to mention the corridor or lift noises. The shower has 3 different brands of fittings all of them not working properly. The breakfast area is a mess and dirty. Left over food at the stations, plates not cleared, glass displays never cleaned. The staff is just working but not attentive at the service or cordial. Overall I think the sleep quality is not great and the hotel needs an urgent renovation and change of better management. I much prefer the nearby Ritz Carlton and Marriott Hotel.
Well maintained and conveniently located 5Star hotel in the heart of Kuala Lumpur. Service staff are super friendly and very courteous. Amenities are superior and the room is very spacious; excellent room service and a in-room spa service is available for your convenience.
We loved our 2 bedroom residence at the Westin kl. Extremely spacious and clean. Very attentive staff and helpful. Breakfast was fantastic. Opposite the pavilion shopping mall with all famous exclusive brands. My only concern regarding the residence is furniture getting old. In need of renovation for a hotel of this standard.
Nice location at Bukit Bintang, very close to monorail, MRT station, cafes, Pavillion Mall just accrossed, walking distance to KLCC & Petronas Tower thru sky bridge, and in the loop of free of charge GoKL bus line. Spacious & clean room, clean bathroom & linen. Shower is not as good as I expected from a 5 stars, but acceptable. A bit slow check-in process considering we have booked in advanced & being regular. I cannot comment on breakfast menu, have not tried since there is a lot breakfast places nearby.
After visiting the Westin and staying on Executive Club floor previously this hotel continues to offer very high standards of service and accommodation in a fabulous location. Easy to cross the road to the Pavillion for shopping and also a short stroll to other shopping areas within the popular Bukit Bintang area. The Bukit Bintang underground station is also easy to access and with construction work completed the area is now so easy to navigate on foot. The suite we stayed in was large and very comfortable and the service in the club lounge is exceptional. The food was also of a particularly high standard this visit with varying dishes on offer each day with an amazing variety of foods so thanks to the chefs at the Westin. Many thanks to Tiffany for her wonderful service in the club lounge during this stay and to all the other attentive staff that make you feel very welcome throughout the hotel. Very much look forward to returning again soon from Australia to enjoy all the Westin has to offer in KL.
