Staff were friendly and helpful. Rooms spacious and clean. Views were great! Loved the gym! The pool was big and clean and a nice temperature too. Breakfast was just enough for me but I can’t eat much. I would stay here again.

Room was ok, service was ok. What decided to the 3-star rating was the breakfast buffet and our experience at the restaurant/bar on the ground floor. Breakfast should have been included in the package like most big-named hotels. We paid additional for one breakfast buffet but it was just mid. The restaurant/bar service was just ok - the hostess gave us a blank face when we asked for a table. The food portion was too small. My cocktail was uninspiring and could have just been a fruit punch. However, we love our room view.

Everything was great until the last night. A party was held in a room on my level until 130am that one of the guest had a meltdown and screaming to the partying room. its disturbing and affwcted all other guests in the same level. Not good

Older hotel conveniently located across from a major mall. Unfortunately on a busy street with noise throughout the day and night. Short staffing led to delays in checking in and out, inability to order drinks in lounge. Breakfast buffet was comprehensive but queuing to get eggs doesn’t work during business meetings. Regulating hot/cold water in showers was challenging. Beds were very comfortable.

Special mention to the team at the Westin Club Lounge and Chef Ravi at Westin Club and at the Living Room Restaurant. The gentleman who cleaned our room was very polite and did an exceptional job cleaning our Suite daily. Will certainly continue to stay at Westin Kuala Lumpur. Thank you very much

Great stay

I'm very picky when it comes to hotels and also highly sensitive to sound/noise. Despite being in a super busy area, the room I had was very fine sound wise. It was well insulated sound wise, you could just hear a bit the room next door from the bathroom/toilets, and people in the corridor. But other than that, it's a great hotel, amazing location if you want to explore Bukit Butang, walking distance to most things around. Najib, who helped me for my luggage is a really nice, friendly person. Definitely recommend the hotel.
