This is a 5 star boutique hotel that is confortable with exceptional service at all levels. The restaurants were very good-breakfast, lunch and dinner were buffet style with plenty of selection. There was another restaurant that had a la carte and a bar which we did not try. I would return to this hotel-

Good but I expected a bit more from the hotel itself. They didn’t take into account my Marriott status and my room was very noisy (could hear crystal clear the mosquee), was then transferred to another room upon my request which was fine. The room was clean but the materials were sometimes out of date/ broken. Everything was fixed as soon as I asked so the service and staff are really great and the hotel is great overall but it’s slightly below what one would expect for a 5 star hotel. Room service was tested and satisfying!

Amazing stay, absolute must in KL!

Absolutely incredible stay at a beautiful hotel. Amazing value for money and the staff were extremely friendly. My room was really amazing and I was allowed to check in early after a 5am flight. 10/10, 5 stars!
