great hotel...................near to mall.......................a lot public transportation....................nice surrounding city...................

Very good location, in the heart of center. Staff are nice, room is very big and clean.

It's value for money but you need to cross the road to the hotel, that not crosswalk.

Great hotel, fantastic location lots to do in the area of Bukit Bintang, stayed on the executive floor and although the service was slow it was very relaxing and a nice buffet and drinks in the evening. We had a fantastic massive room with a bowl of fruit to welcome us. Water and few snacks also free in your mini bar. Such a large hotel could do with a bigger pool area as there wasn't much space around the pool..but that was ok as we ventured out every day as so much to see in KL.

It was good in locating but not that good in room services..

The hotel location is very good, within walking distance to Times Square, Low Yat Plaza, Sungei Wang and Pavillion, 4 major shopping malls in KL. Our room was very spacious and well designed. KLCC n KL Tower view was a plus point. Breakfast was great, and guests can have it outdoors by the pool or indoors. Overall, an excellent hotel.

My stay at this hotel was made great due to the concierge. He had so much information and was so helpful that without him I am sure my stay at the hotel and my time in Malaysia would have been lacking. The hotels other staff are also very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is very crowded but they are constantly refilling the food. The hotel is clean with many elevators so that you do not have to wait long. They are located only a short distance from the outside market, and you can walk to a really nice mall by the train station as well. I highly encourage anyone looking to stay in Malaysia to stay here, and don't forget to check out the pool.

overall everything OK. Pool is small but didn't expect huge in this tyoe of hotel. 5 mins walk to train to all important places in KL.

Everything's nice. Sent them an email asking for special request. Got a reply sooner. All of my requests were fulfilled, a king bed, higher floor (mine was 15th), got the view of the Berjaya Times Square, could see the indoor theme park from my room. Except if i got higher floor probably above 19th, i might be able to see the beautiful Twin Towers (KLCC). Shower rain was strong, enjoyed my shower very much. Bed was comfortable, very large actually! I could roll and roll and roll without falling off the bed. Except the sad thing was the hotel asked for a rm100 deposit. I was not informed about that earlier, the receptionist saw that I was not so happy about it so she just barred the telephone line instead of asking for the deposit. The rest was perfect.

It was perfect to stay in executive floor, executive room. Coctails and refreshments were very delicious.

I had chosen this hotel based on decent reviews however there is much need for renovation in its rooms. The bathroom was surprisingly dirty with water stains, broken shower shelves and mold. I had been upgraded to a deluxe room when I booked with a package, but the deluxe room is quite ordinary. There weren't even face towels, and when I asked housekeeping for one, they refused to give me one, saying that we are only provided the bath towel and hair towel. Down the hallways, there are coffee stains all over the carpet, and it reeks of cigarette smoke even though it is supposedly non-smoking. Lastly, we discovered that the curtains all had mold growing all over them, and the wallpaper was peeling off the walls. When we met with the manager, they switched us into an executive room, but even then, there was a hole in the wall. The executive room was a bit better, and it turned out there were such things as hand towels. This was not what I would expect from a supposedly four star hotel.

We were upgraded to a suite room, which is always a pleasant surprise. The hotel is located about 5min away from Berjaya Times Square, through a myriad of back alleyways and roads. If you were to take a shortcut through the alley like we did on day 1, you'll either walk by a garbage dump site or back alleys with disposal and possibly dead mice (which we saw). Definitely not too pretty or hygienic so I'd advise tourists to stick with the main roads, but watch out for traffic. The room was spacious and there were two TVs (one in the hall and one in the bedroom). A promotion entitled us to free wifi which according to the reception can be used for up to 3 devices. Only peculiar thing was that the room did not come with slippers like most hotels offer. Other than that everything is as expected and we had a great stay.

the price is very reasonable~~breakfast is good..good location to timesquare

located in bintang walk but is not very safe & near to walk over there. end up we drove to those shopping mall surround us. Room was so so, found some black spot on mattress. Room aircon took long to cool. the furniture and so on doesn't looks like worth for around USD 70 per night. kinda disappointed.

Hotel was very clean and the staff friendly and helpful. The only complaint I have is that the web site stated free Wi Fi and was not. The internet was free if had a device that connected to a internet cable. Overall my stay was very nice.

the stay was nice. they upgraded us our room. which was very nice.

Good location and great service, up to 4 star rating

Had stayed in the sister hotel in Singapore. That was great so booked KL. how wrong was I. Paid for the upgrade with complimentary mini bar Internet tea and coffee making facilities. No mini bar, no tea or coffee, Internet lasted 20 hrs. Towel shelf hanging off the wall. Shower had no mat, and the tiles where wall tiles so not non slip. Room was was dark and depressive. Sad end to a great trip.

This hotel at best I would say is a 3 star or 3.5 stars but definitely not a 4 star. That 4 star thing is missing...dont know what...but its not there. May be the entrance lobby is mediocre, the rooms dont have that twing...but definitely a 3 star but not 4 star.

The customer service was outstanding and I would like to recommend the Furama Bukit Bintang Hotel to everyone I personally know.
