It was good to be back on KL for a short while and not other than expected service at the LeMeridien Kuala Lumpur was superb as it can be hardly found at other places Thank you to the entire team looking forward to the next stay

Le Meridien KL is one of my 2 favorite SPG hotels in the KL Sentral vicinity. In my last two stays, they've been leaving me sweet and pleasant surprises in my room for me every time I come back to the room in the evening. This week, they left me a box of Chocolate Cigars and a packet of Mendiant. Jessie Mar, the Director of Rooms even wrote me a welcome back card. The last time I stayed here was during Chinese New Year, and they left me a small paper bag of mandarin oranges, also with a signed card. This is awfully nice considering I'm only a SPG Gold member, not even a Platinum yet. Thanks, Le Meridien KL for the pleasant surprises.

Another beautiful staying at this hotel for a Company conference, after an overseas trip. Polite staff, very accommodating and respectful. At Le Meridien you feel like at home. On Level 33, the Club Lounge is probably one of the best I ever visit. Excellent breakfast at Latest Recipes. You can find food from different Countries cooked to the perfection. Don’t miss a dinner at Favola. The food is amazing, cooked in a rustic way, tasty and well presented. Mr Fadhil is exceptional! He is very polite and not intrusive at all. A real gem and an important figure for this Restaurant. Julie and Chef Dominico contribution for making customers happy is valuable. 100% recommended Hotel.

Arrived late at airport but hotel located at KL central station so I could take airport express (20mins non stop) and walk to hotel so easy! Great location for solo traveler and business travel! Every staff was nice and helpful, friendly! Room : I stayed pool side room, requested higher floor but I couldn’t. ( well I got cheaper room so lol) Room is spacious and bathroom with separate bathtub and shower! Pool are big so I didn’t have to fight for my chair also they share the pool with Hilton! Gym and spa they also share, at spa you can use steam room and jacuzzi and attend yoga classes if time meets u. Restaurants I didn’t have time to try but Did try room service it was ok. Cafe at lobby, coffee and bakery were better than BF. If I had to mention one thing about this hotel prob BF.although there are Many selections of BF buffet, Taste was ok not wow. I wanted new waffle but instead they gave me..the one prob set there more than 1 hr.. and heated up again with machine. It was kinda disappointed! Since I paid for BF. Yet Over all I was more than happy to stay here. With the price and room, facility, i would like to to stay this hotel again!

Our lovely Ms Julie provide 5 star service to us..she keep her eyes on us to add up menu and neva failed to give her pretty smiles. Highly recommended restaurant with good service and delicia italianies food. Will definitely be here again.

Great location, awesome amenities and comfortable bed. Rooms are quiet. All essentials for business travel checked. Breakfast offers a good selection of hot food, salad, cereal, fruits and juices. Wait staff at restaurant could be more attentive, but overall good service.

If you stay in Le Meridien, you should have at least one dinner to Favola restaurant. The chef is italian and he is cooking amazing. The food is very good, waiters very friendly, nice and cozy atmosphere.

The service of the hotel is nice and offer me a lot of help with kind attitude during my stay in the hotel. Besides, the facilities of the hotel is really good and help me relax at work. I recommend Le Meridien Kuala Lumpur hotel.

Pros - if you're arriving in KL via an overnight flight and just want to crash/unwind, Le Meridien is in a good location when you come off the KLIA express train; it is well signposted and is a few minutes' walk under cover via the shopping centre from the station. The hotel has a big pool but it always seemed full of local families with very young kids and short of sunbeds. The room was large and well equipped. However, I was not a fan of the bathroom design though with a sliding door, partial screen for the toilet and marble shower seat (which meant you couldn't stand directly underneath the water). Cons - the front desk/ check in staff did not seem that friendly. They should have offered information such as the location of the pool, where and when breakfast was served etc. A few more smiles would not have gone amiss. There also seemed to be a lot of large groups staying which meant long waits for the lifts, and they seemed to stop at every floor. We paid about £60 a night which was great for a 5 star hotel. Jason (the concierge) was great and very helpful. Also, thank you to the hotel for arranging a cake, card and balloons for my daughter's birthday. Much appreciated. .
