This hotel was conveniently located near shopping and restaurants Great staff. Particularly, Ikram (porter/greeter) was very helpful in getting us Grab to leave during road closure and traffic was at a standstill. He got on the phone and talked to driver for us and made sure we were able to secure a ride. Such a big help on a chaotic day!

The hotel needs work. The rooms felt a little dated, the floors in the hallways had weird potholes under the carpet and my first room absolutely smelt like mould. Fortunately, the housekeeping team were lovely and coordinated a new room for me in a recently updated side of the building.

The 2 bedroom apartment is a bit dated but at least the bed is very comfortable. Breakfast quality down a bit but the hotel is priced competitively so it’s a trade off. Staff service is way better than pavilion hotel opposite where we are always waiting for room even at 3pm check in time. Pullman no such problem

I don't know why, but during my four-night stay, the water that just came out of the bathtub was yellow every day. It needed to be run for more than 15 minutes before it got better. The same was true for the water in the sink.

Fantastic experience, great location and staff.

Amazing experience, Top quality service and staff. The hotel is centrally located within a walking distance to a shopping district inculding the Pavillion KL. Room was spacious and spotless with many amenities avalialbe. Room service can be called anytime.
