Great location, friendly staff, good breakfast, 15 minutes walk from Petronas towers.

Great Hotel.... had a great time. The room as great

It is almost good. location, clean room, kind staff. But bed was uncomfortable(I used twin bed).It is not good mattress.

Close to a nice mall, not to much close to the hotel, Was massive confusion regarding breakfast. Was supposed to be included took staff 2 days and lots of complaints to sort out. Did not even offer anything for all the confusion.

All the staff were very attentive and went out of their way to make us feel comfortable during our stay. We even got a free upgrade in our second night's stay. We had a wonderful time and even enjoyed the restaurants in this hotel that have great value-for-money promotions.

It was a very pleasant stay at Prince Hotel. At first our room was facing a side that had too much noise from neighboring construction but after asking we were given a quieter room. The service and food at the executive lounge was very nice, the pool area is nice and not very crowded. Unlucky for us, one of the sultans/emir/whatnot of Malaysia (apparently they have quite few of them) was staying at he hotel at the same time as us, so a lot of security and police around the place at all times and maybe thats why is called the Prince Hotel

All is very good and we'll back soon Thanks for sharing

I stayed with two kids on a layover from the airport. It is farther away from the Airport but very easy to get to the main sites in K.L. Certainly worth the money.

during my visit we had to stay at the 2 bed apartment. it was clean but my sister woke up the next day stung in her arm. we do not know exactly if it was a bed bug or what not. we went to the clinic. they gave her antibiotic and some pain killer because her arm got swollen so bad so please be careful. always ask for a new bed sheet so that you can avoid any irritation for your skin.

this luxury hotel is close to shoping areas and Petronas Towers. It's Excellent.

The location of the hotel is convenient to shopping and the Petronas Towers can be viewed at the back of the hotel . We love the bed, linens and the bathrooms were clean. We booked a suite with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and it was really nice to have a living room and kitchen and our view of the city was nice although we were told that the suites do not face the Towers but nevertheless the room made us feel like home. The breakfast that was included saved us time and the food selections were acceptable for American standard. The hotel also offers free shuttle to nearby shopping areas - so don't hesitate to ask the concierge.

Stayed here for 4 days. When I got there the sink was blocked and needed a maintenance guy to come and fix it. The room I was in had a bathroom where black mould streaks were beginning to show on the grout (regular maintenance prevents this from ruining the finish on what appears to be expensive marble). The second day, my airconditioner started leaking water into the room and soaked the carpet near the doorway completely. I called the manager and they arranged another room for me at 1am (a slight upgrade which had the Petronas Towers in view - this is an example of excellent customer service in my opinion!). The biggest complaint I had was that the hotel offered free WIRED internet in each rooms, but that wifi in the room was charged at a exorbitant 30RM (approx AUD 10) per hour, or 50RM for 24 hours. I did not have a LAN port on my netbook, just a usb port, so I was unable to use their internet (except in the lobby where wifi is free, but very slow). I tethered my phone to my mobile where I got a good data deal. Another peeve - if you organise a taxi to the airport from the hotel you can be sure it will be more than double than what you can find just by googling 'airport taxis'. I was able to book a taxi over the phone and was promptly picked up by a very polite driver, in a clean and airconditioned car. Overall, for the price paid I would not stay here again just because it needs that something extra to wow me.

staff wasn´t nice for a 5 stars hotel. i will not stay their again

I stayed in a one bedroom apartment at Prince hotel. The apart was large and perfectly well furnished with new equipment. Floor service was very efficient. Breakfast buffet for apartments on floor 10 was ok but not special. During my stay I did not get any welcome/good day greeting at the entrance of the hotel. Apparently staff prefer to look at their shoes while opening the hotel door to guests. A bit strange. Staff training maybe needed.

Hotel location is excellent. Somehow next building is under construction and it was very inconvenient to access the hotel. Overall I have a very pleasant stayed at this hotel.

The Prince hotel is located right next door to the Pavilion shopping centre and a 10 minute walk under cover to the twin towers. The hotel was a good stay and the food in the restaurants is very good but does not cater for those not on a expensive 5 star budget even though the rooms were very good value for money for us.

I liked everything about the hotel, esp. the wonderful view of the Petronas Twin Towers. Would definitely return and stay here. Room was very clean and I liked the luxuries it provided. Not quite sure it was a 5-star hotel, however. But no complaints!

My husband and I were very delighted with this hotel. The staff was very pleasant and helpful and our room was quite large. Our room was located on the residence wing of the building. We were delighted with the fact that we could have made a meal in the kitchenette if we wanted to...all the utensils, pots and pans were provided. We would choose this hotel again.

Prince hotel need to improve its staff service, with more customers engadgement, and good working attitude. Otherwise, it has a good location, just a little walk to KLCC and Pavillion. The room bed is not so comfortable, but overall the room is big enoguh for westerners.

Nice stay, you may make your own tea or coffee which is comfort.
