Best Western Kingsville Inn

Stayed here three nights as it was the closest place to Corpus Christi that had a room. It was a last resort and lived up to that billing. On Day 2, housekeeping only left one set of towels when there were two of us staying in the room. They made up for it by leaving three sets of towels the next day. I guess it averaged out. The rooms were non-smoking but the guests simply drag their room chairs out onto the walkway and chain smoke. The room air conditioner then sucks the smoke directly into your room. The other guests were considerate, however, and observed quiet hours between 4:00 am and 6:00 am. That's right - for two hours they were not outside our room talking loudly and smoking. These were not the kind of folks you could ask to keep it down. Very rough-looking clientele. So... noisy and smoky and in desperate need of upgrade. There are better places in town if you can find a vacancy. Otherwise just keep driving.

4 dead roaches silverfish and spider in restroom not to mention fleas in my bed then top it off you hear every truck car leave in kingsville reported problems was told it cause we where near a field really top it off there was a hotel in the wall duct taped near my bed taking about sleeping with the insects

We had no towels, shower curtain. Had to go get them from the front desk. Installed the curtain ourselves. Then found the vanity light didn't work. Front desk said they had already told someone to fix it before. Didn't seem to care.

This Best Western was great.....Great room...Great staff...Not far from the beaches...Great town this hotel is in....The breakfast was great....The beds were wonderful...The pool was very nice...really clean....Was really quiet....It was pretty close to the highway, but couldn't hear the traffic...The fitness room was small, but wasn't there to workout...It was time to visit the ocean...Was only about 30 mins to Corpus Christi and about 45 min drive to port Aransas...

The parking lot gets very full at night. Due to trucks from hotel guests. Seems like the parking lot could be made larger .Breakfast food was average. The house keepers and front desk ladies were nice and helpful.

I have stayed at this location twice. Would not hesitate to do it again. The room is very clean, nice comfy beds, hot showers. They have a hot breakfast and newspaper in the mornings. Convenient to hwy. 77. Quiet.

Room was great, town was great. We enjoyed our visit to your town and visited the King Ranch, Museum and Saddle Store. The bed was comfortable, nice to have a refrigerator in the room. Internet worked great. Would definitely visit again.

Family trip to Kingsville and used it to go to the mustang beach in corpus cristy. We had a lot of help from the lady at the front desk. Gave us directions to the the beach and the school. Also printed a map for us

Excellent service, rooms were clean and well kept. Very satisfied with the overall experience! The location of the hotel was very easy to find and the pool area was an excellent plus! The yard was a compliment to the stay let allowed for a group gathering and no complaints from our large group.

We stayed one night while passing through the area. As another reviewer has noted, the hotel is near a busy freeway so there is a significant amount of traffic noise. Our major problem with noise however was due to a college athletic group staying at the same time. Until very late (after midnight) they were shouting, and stomping around in the rooms above us. We advised the front desk and the noise was thereafter reduced, but still continued for another 30-45 minutes. This of course doesn't make for a restful night when you must be up by 5:15 am. The room itself was fine and the bed was comfortable, however the pillows were some of the lumpiest I've ever slept on! Annoyingly we found that the WiFi didn't work in the room at all and required a trip to the lobby to get internet connection. And although I didn't use the fitness room, my husband reported that he tried to use the few machines available but discovered they had no electrical cords so could not be plugged in. All in all, not one of the better Best Westerns I've stayed in.
