We’ve stayed here a couple of times and it’s been consistent every visit. Great location for the areas we needed, always clean, friendly staff, and quiet at night. No issues at all.

The place is brand new good amenities secure close to a lot of activities. The staff was friendly and helpful bed was comfortable and the shower was great and large. This will probably be are go to in are travels to KCMO.

No free breakfast with room. Reception was good. This was a one night stay on a long road trip. For that kind of trip I need a decent refrigerator and microwave in my room. The refrigerator was inadequate, very small, and there is no microwave.

When I first arrived at the hotel the front desk clerk Jay Jay I believed his name was? He was standing there helping another guest whom was in front of me and he stayed professional the whole time with a smile on his face even though it was New Year’s Eve and people were coming left and right. Once he got to me we engaged in small talk and he still had a smile on his face and threw out some suggestions on where to go. This man is so nice and kind glad to have ran into him because I was unsure if I wanted to come out or not and his vibe was right on. I will be coming back just to see him 😊

So far I've stayed at Origin Hotel twice this year for a total of 10 nights. I love the easy, chill, and comfy atmosphere here. The staff are friendly but not overly smothering, so that's a plus for me! The room is nice, comfortable, and I've had pretty good views from the windows! The best part about the hotel is its location in Kansas City! If you are blessed with nice weather, your experience by the river will be worth the stay!
