Courtyard Kansas City at Briarcliff

When initially looking for the hotel we were very confused. Our reservation was for Candlewood Inn at Briarcliff. The GPS directed us to The Marriott at Briarcliff. After circling the parking lots for a few minutes I inquired at the Marriott to discover this was our booking. The gal at the front desk was rude when I expressed our frustration. One night we opted to get sandwiches from the Bristo for dinner. Big mistake! $7.95 for a processed turkey sandwich. Otherwise, we REALLY enjoyed our stay. Armed with this knowledge, I would stay there again and recommend The MARRIOTT at Briarcliff to others.

The place is amazing. The staff is amazing. We wouldn't stay anywhere else at this point. Our last two trips were perfect.

I would recommend this hotel to anyone that is wanting to visit Kansas City .. The hotel was very clean the employees was very nice and very helpful they went beyond their means to make the stay enjoyable. Plus this hotel is 15 minutes from anything there is to do in Kansas City Missouri.. This is where I will stay at my next trip out to Kansas City..

We are returning guests to this hotel. The location is great and quick access to downtown. Recommend staying here to anyone.

The breakfast was expensive, took forever, and the food wast fit to serve at McDonald's. But everything else was great. The room was nice, the view was one of the best in Kansas City, it's in a very quiet area of town, and once I was in my room it was super quiet.

Very nice and clean rooms and the staff was very friendly . We were in Kansas City to pick up our new puppy, so we didn't really see much of the area around the hotel. Just there one night.

We were staying here for a concert at the Sprint Center. Only a $20 cab ride to get there. Staff were very nice and helpful, the hotel itself was very nice, and it was a really comfortable stay!

Very clean and reasonably priced. Easy parking. Friendly staff. Not too far from anything downtown, but you'll have to navigate the roads/roundabouts to get out of the area. Nice restaurant, though prices were on the higher side. Views from the patio are amazing.

This was a very nice, new, very clean hotel with a great view! It is easy to get to from downtown, plaza, or westport. We had a two bed room and the beds were queens, not doubles. And they were very comfortable.

Hotel was easy to find and check-in was quick and staff was very helpful. Had everything we needed in the room to get ready...with a soda vending machine and ice on our floor. Beautiful water wall just outside the elevator that the grandkids loved. Nice hotel with a great staff!! They were very helpful and friendly. They have an indoor pool and hot tub that was well stocked with towels that we enjoyed the next morning before we checked out. Loved the 12:00 check-out time (most hotels I've stayed at are 11:00 am), gave us a little extra time to enjoy the morning before heading home.

Very nice, new hotel in a good location! Close to downtown and easy to get back home.
