I liked how clean it was. Felt at home. The TV was in an odd spot in the room would make more sense to have it across from the bed rather than at the side.

The hotel itself is fantastic. The room was great and the staff was friendly and helpful. I can’t emphasize that enough. However, I was there for the Sweet 16 games in KC, and they told me (without me asking) that I should take their free shuttle right to the arena. They said it leaves every 30 minutes and so I planned on catching the 5pm shuttle to make my 6:30 game downtown. I got to the lobby about 4:45... and waited. And waited. The guy at the desk (who once again, was otherwise great) assured me that the shuttle was almost here and would be here shortly. Long story short, the shuttle arrived at 5:40... and took us just to the hotel next door- where we were told that we couldn’t leave until 6pm because that’s the schedule. Once again, this is for a major college sporting event that started at 6pm downtown. I had to argue with the ladies in charge and convince them that waiting another 20 minutes was unacceptable and that they were going to make us all late to the game we had spent hundreds of dollars to attend. They changed their minds (after a long argument)- and we got to our seats just after tip-off. Disappointing, because we did everything they told us to do. After the game, we waited in the rain for over an out for the shuttle to return... of course we were told it would be there every half hour as well. The hotel was fantastic. The staff was friendly. But don’t trust their shuttle service. Spend the money on an Uber and get to your event on time.

loved the room ... but 1 real complaint ... the shower. Not much water pressure and the spray from the head splashed out into the bathroom because there's no door. You should be able to fix the pressure issue (room 205), but you can't do much about the splash. Breakfast had good variety & was ample. Nice touch - sleep timer on the TV ... few places bother to keep that activated. We didn't have need for any other amenities.

Hi there! We are so glad you felt at home, that's just how we hope are guests feel. The TV has an extending arm so that it can come off the wall a little bit. But I understand what you mean, it is different. We hope to welcome you back again soon!

Hello, I certainly can understand your frustration especially for such an important event. We ironed out our kinks with operating one shuttle among two hotels. Other than that minor set back, you did enjoy your stay and the accommodations were comfortable which is what we like to hear. We appreciate your feedback as we always want to ensure our guests get the best experience. I understand the shuttle was a set back, but please allow us to iron out those kinks for you and show you we are fully capable of making things happen for our guests. Thanks you for choosing us!
