Master bedroom with a queen size bed, walk-in closet located on second floor.
Out the back door of the kitchen, a patio awaits with table and chairs.
2 assigned parking space directly in front of the house.
Motion sensor light with camera faces the shared driveway to illuminate your walk to the front door and lockbox. The camera is always recording.
Free, fast Wifi throughout.
The house is sprayed for bugs on a quarterly basis.
I am proud to pay my cleaners a living wage.
You will have the entire house and back patio to yourself during your stay. All living spaces are private.

This is a smoke and pet-free property. No cigarettes, vaping, cigars, weed or animals of any kind INSIDE the house. smoking on the driveway ok with front door closed. DO not bring used cigarettes or joints etc inside the house, dispose in the white bucket outside. penalty for smoke mitigation is $200.

Repeat Guest
This is the second time we have stayed in the Guesthouse. And it will not be our last. We love it! Perfect location in a quiet neighborhood and a 5 minute drive to Kauffman Stadium and Arrowhead. The property owner has equipped the Guesthouse with every amenity possible. An amazing host!

Perfect for our visit
The house was perfect for our stay and visit to KC. Super close to the Royals and Chiefs stadiums. Made our visits very easy. Getting around KC is easy. Independence is super cute and great little coffee shops to visit. Was fun to be close to Truman’s house as well. The house was perfect for everything we needed. Beds were comfy and a welcome to come back to after long tourist days.
