Pool area was nice, cleanliness was not. Floors were dirty and not sweep or vacuumed. Hallway carpet was stained and duct tape over the seams in the hallway. Bugs on our bathroom floor. Garage cans in our room were both very dirty. Needs a lot of updates. Fall decorations in lobby was very nice.

Even though the hotel is a bit rundown - the staff are phenomenal and we loved our room. Other family in our party had trouble with their rooms, but were taken care of immediately and no questions asked. We have stayed here many times and plan to again in the future.

This was the first time I was not treated with respect at a Hilton hotel. I travel frequently for business and personal. I would not stay at this particular Hilton again. The staff was rude and unprofessional. I made a request for a working remote upon arrival and I got a big sigh and snarky attitude from the front desk as if they were really put out by my simple request. I then offered to come get the remote myself letting them know I had been driving all day and just wanted to be in my room and relax alone as I had an important meeting early the next morning. After finally receiving the remote later (I presume the one that brought it to me) an associate had removed my "do not disturb" placard from the door and then called my room 2 more times. I had made it clear I wanted to relax and I found this to be very childish and unprofessional. Again, I would not stay here again. Since it was a Hilton I was shocked by this behavior and highly disappointed in the service for the price I paid. This was certainly not something I expect from any Hilton chain and hope never to experience this again. Otherwise, I will make sure I choose a different company going forward for my travels.

The pool was down - which when you travel with kids - that’s why you book certain hotels! The hot tub was open so they played in there, but that was down the next morning?! So that leaves some unanswered questions. There’s nothing there that’s free, except water. Breakfast is ok for a hefty price. WiFi was terrible and I’m a Hilton Honor’s Member! Our room however was fabulous. Plenty of room for all of us and very clean.

The staff was friendly, professional & prompt. I had trouble getting my card to work in door, and maintenance came immediately to assist. The room was clean, but showing a little wear (especially the bathroom). We have stayed here several times in the past. Neutrogena products in bathroom. Close to interstate, Walmart, but not many restaurants near.

We arrived early and we were able to check in, which was very helpful for us. We had some issues - one was handled quickly and the others ignored. Soon after we arrived in our room the bathroom stool overflowed. A lady responded very quickly and it was taken care of. That lady was very gracious! The telephone rang twice in the night and when answered only static was heard. It did the same thing twice more in the morning. When we reported this at the desk that lady did not consider it important and did nothing. She did not apologize or respond. Also, when we went to set the clock to alarm the front fell off. We were able to put it back together. We reported that also to the lady at the desk and she did not respond to that at all. Even though the room was very nice and the maintenance lady very gracious, the front desk lady left us thinking we would not return to this hotel.

we were only there 1 night but the photo was very very comfortable very clean the bed were really comfortable we were very happy with the evening we spent there.

I was in town for a family reunion and picked hotel because of the location. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The lobby area was perfect for us to congregate without bothering anyone. Would definitely stay again!

Beautiful from the time you walk in the door. Hotel staff was extremely courteous and helpful. Room was very nice other than the beds seemed a little small for Queen size - almost like they were Full size. Even the pull-out sofa bed was comfortable. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub very much with the kids. Thank you for a restful night!

This hotel was great and i have to say the bed in our room was probably the most comfortable bed we have ever slept on.

Staff was very friendly and our room was very clean and stocked, room service was fantastic, we enjoyed our time there and will be back again, we enjoyed the heated pool and spa too, only thing was loud kids in pool area all day!
