It was humid in the room. The room was very humid during our stay. Additionally, the front desk did not handle our request to leave one day earlier properly. We were told to resolve the issue directly with Expedia, which was misleading. Apparently, early departure requires confirmation from the hotel, but instead of helping us with that, the staff redirected us to Expedia. This felt unhelpful and unprofessional.Front desk
