Staff Dallas is so good very energetic The breakfast selection was very rich, and the staff were extremely warm and polite. The room facilities were excellent, especially the shower in the bathroom. It was incredibly comfortable and washed away all my fatigue.

It failed on a 5 star because of being too cheapskate on a very inexpensive but nice to have couple of perks. I rented a $400 a night suite and for $.60 cents they could have offered a couple of free bottles of water and for a couple of dollars they could have invested in a couple of glass wine glasses. This would have got them my 5 star rating maybe I will give the Fairmont a shot next time.

Pet friendly rooms not good for people who d

I saw that the property is pet friendly while making the booking but didn’t think it would matter much. Because the property was at capacity when we arrived, we were put in one of the pet friendly rooms. It was “clean” but the stale smell of dog hair made it unpleasant. I love dogs but I am not an owner and the fact the room was dog friendly was very apparent. Think about before securing your room. Also, the air conditioner technically worked but didn’t function properly. It was August and hot when I stayed. The window barely opened so clean air could not circulate through the room. This made the dog smell more apparent.

It was easy to find but the room was awful. The king size bed was so low to the floor you could not even sit on the edge. There was no box spring and the bed, well you could feel the bed frame through the mattress. Will not be staying there again.

Staff excellent. Room was clean but not detailed. Tops of the baseboards in the bathroom show aging and dust. Bed comfortable and so we’re the pillows. Good amenities with breakfast included. I didn’t use the pool etc. I would stay there again for access to highway.
