The pillows were good. The room is, well, roomy! Their in-room coffee was actually drinkable, the bed was comfortable. The toilet was a bit low, but that's par for the course in most hotel rooms. The bed(s) should have a night table and lamp on both sides of the bed.But that's not a deal breaker. Their Christmas decorations were very nice! This is our hotel of choice when staying in Kamloops for the weekend. Highly recommend!

Was not what I expect for what I paid for the room . Firstly the outside of the building was beat up with missing paint , then the elevator floor lights didnt work , the button light didnt work on the floor we were on, so you couldn't tell if the elevator is coming to the floor . The room was ok . I did get a room over looking the the pool , think that was a good way to tell if it was busy , bad idea !! . There was a major echo , so was constant noise. In addition, there was people there partying , laughing ,yelling in the pool area until midnight , making it very hard to sleep . The front desk didnt seem to care when I called to ask how long they allow this to go on at 10:30 . If I was you save your money and go else where. Only good think about the place wasthw restaurant, was great atmosphere, service and food

We had a “kitchenette” in our room they was lacking a lot of needed necessities to be able to cook in our room as we had little ones and wanted to at least have breakfast in our room. Having to ask for chairs for the table, a frying pan and they not having a toaster was disappointing and front desk acting shocked we were asking for essentials that should be in our room or included with a kitchenette.
