So so.....not very clean

Room came with a nice balcony with a beautiful view of the Thompson river. Very quiet. The room itself was quite dirty. Dirty walls, dirty headboard. Behind the end table was disgusting. The cusions on the bed a d couch had drool marks on them.The bathroom walls were dirty as well. Continental breakfast was good. Pool was open.

For the price it was okay. Room was clean, but noisy. Shower needed some maintenance. Can you call it a 'hot tub" without jets? Kind of a disappointment after a day of skiing.

It wasn't what I expected. To go to the pool I had to go outside the hotel and then go back in, and the same to go to the restaurant. In summer it's great, but in winter it's not nice to go out in the cold. That's what I didn't like.

It was a great stop over on our trip. Easy to find and easy to depart from in the morning. Friendly staff. Room could have been a bit tidier, but was clean and affordable.

The staff were very friendly and the continental breakfast had pretty good options, but the room wasn't the cleanest. There were multiple hairs in the bed, the pillows under the covers looked like they needed to be washed, and the bathroom walls were dirty. Otherwise it was okay. The view of the river was nice.

It was clean and quiet and affordable. The jacuzzi suite is exceptional, with an oversized jetted tub and spacious accommodations. The view is very nice. Staff were polite and very kind. 10/10.
