Around afternoon, we complained about the air conditioning in our room because it was too hot. The staff said she would adjust the temperature, but it was still too hot until the evening. We had an infant with us, who was getting so uncomfortable and cranky because it was past her bedtime. We approached the staff again, and she said she could move us to another room. She gave us the room key, but when we opened the other room, we were surprised to find another guest there. She wasn’t even apologetic about what happened and insisted on transferring us to a different room again. The next day, we had a big event and were out of the hotel all day, but she wanted us to transfer our room at 12nn because there were guests coming in. Her attitude was awful, and we had the worst stay there that we should have had comfort at a hotel.

Really lovely vintage hotel with all the modern amenities. It has the original oak panelled lift lovingly maintained and updated. Well located close to pubs and restaurants. Parking was good for a low fee.

Very nice hotel. Greeted us with open arms. Loved the lounge was attached and we got a free drink each with our reservation. Our room was a little cold so front desk girl ran us up a room heater Would definitely recommend and stay here again.
