This is a wonderful place. Can't recommend it highly enough. Staff, accomodations, restaurant, breakfast buffet, warm cookie at check-in - Does it get any better!?! Only downfall - do not take a corner king suite. Bathroom is difficult design, have to go beside toilet to shut the door.

this was a one night stopover on the way to vancouver. this hotel was very nice, it had a great smelling freshly baked cookies for us. we got a lovely room, spacious with a good view. the staff was friendly.

Located in the downtown area in kamloops you can stay here for a reasonable rate. The staff are friendly but there are a few kinks that need to be worked out. The banquet room for conference was not ideal and the meal service was late and not the best quality. I room was very warm even in the lowest setting. so open the window if you need a cooler room. Ask about your room if you want a bath as most have showers that are quite small.

This is a long standing hotel in Kamloops, and it is exemplary in it's genuine care of guests. Staff is efficient and kind and understanding. The atmosphere is as elegant as any world class hotel. The food is good, and sometimes just ordinary, I find it excellent, and I must travel to Kamloops every 5 weeks or so for medical care.

Clean, accessible ŕooms. No bath tub though and no open swimming facility. Restaurant was ok but expensive for what you got. Staff was friendly and helpful for both the restaurant and check in/check out process.

Needed a room at the last minute as I was in Kamloops for a banquet and the snow was piling up. Happened to drive by this hotel and popped in to see availability. Very accessible entrance and parking. Modern and open lobby, lounge and restaurant all as you go in. Front desk staff were so welcoming and booked me in to a great city view room, very clean with all the necessities. Beds were comfortable and had a great nights sleep. Very reasonable rate included breaky for 2 in the morning. This is going to be my go to hotel when I stay over in Kamloops from now on. Highly recommend!!

This is a very busy hotel during summer given the fact it is a hotel that services the Rocky Mountaineer but it is a very good hotel. The room we had was very spacious and exceptionally clean although some noise from the adjacent lift. The restaurant downstairs was a great place to eat after a long day driving and the staff outstanding. I would have no hesitation in recommending this hotel if you are travelling to or from the rockies

Absolutely the best staff. From the front desk to the lounge and restaurant to housekeeping. Very helpful and accommodating, they provide great service. Always remember your name too. Definitely recommend the samosas!!

Very convenient to Downtown. Our room was very comfortable, and the hotel had a good restaurant and bar. A couple of complaints - firstly there is currently some building work taking place next door. I realise this is out of the hotel's control, but we had cement mixer trucks queuing on the road outside our room, and the noise of a pump pumping the concrete from the trucks to the building site. Secondly, we were awoken earlier than we would have liked by a coach parked outside, revving it's engine for some considerable time. Apparently this is a regular coach service running from this hotel to Alberta. Because of the early hour, I think the hotel should inform the coach driver to turn off the engine whilst waiting to pick up passengers from the hotel. Apart from these couple of niggles, we would recommend staying here when in Kamloops.

Had a medical emergency in the lower lobyy , sat. night, 9 pm. Rachel to the rescue ! She called for help, took all the right steps. Made me and my partner feel so much better. I cannot say enough about how special this young lady is, and also, the hotel for hiring her. They must have a good sense about taking care of things and people ! Way to go. Thanks so very much !!!
