We checked in at 3:00pm but the room wasn’t ready and we were told to sit in the lobby until we were called. I went to the front desk after 1-1/2hrs and asked about our room and they finally said that they would Give us our rooms. If. Once we got in the room there were no towels and we were told that the shower towels were in the dryer! Not acceptable
Plenty of parking. Night staff friendly and efficient. Paid $200 for 1 night but hotel wanted to nickel and dime you. Never had a stay in this hotel chain that wanted to charge for breakfast??? Disappointing. Hallway was full of piles of dirty linens all down the entire 3rd floor at 10pm with no one working to clean. Hall carpet obvious dirt, needed swept.
Hotel was very clean and in a convenient location. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Pool was nice and well kept.
Great stay my husband even left behind a shirt and we were able to pick it up a few days later. The hotel is clean and close to the highway for those driving through.
A lot of the amenities normally offered weren't available, yet they charged the same price as if they were. The staff told me I could cancel for a full refund, like that was an option after driving 12 hours. Don't travel until after this whole COVID19 mess is over if you don't have to

Hi John,Thank you for your review. We strive to give each guest a great experience and worked very hard the last couple of days to make sure everyone got their rooms as quickly as possible. The situation in Kalamazoo this weekend made for a difficult couple of days as we were not expected to be sold out for three days straight, but were due to the power outages in the area. I am very sorry that you had an extended wait at check in and we hope that you will accept my apology as my staff was trying very hard to get everyone in as quickly as possible. We hope that you will give us another chance in the future to earn your business and show you that your experience today was an exception.
