Great hotel, friendly staff, outstanding customer service. I must share – the check in cards were beautifully handwritten, something you do not see very often. Good size room, clean, quiet, parking was full, but we were accommodated on the street. Hotel location is perfect. I would recommend and stay again.

Incredibly friendly and helpful front desk staff. The hotel was modern and very clean. The room we stayed in was beautiful. It was a corner room with a fireplace. The location was very convenient to everything, and all amenities were in an easy walking distance. We found the hotel to be quiet, safe and well maintained. Would definitely stay here again.

Parking onsite is limited, but the hotel covers parking in 24-hour parking lots until 11am and we had no trouble finding a spot. Staff were very good. There was sound transfer on both sides of the room. There is an elevator.

Staff offered to watch my baggage until check-in time, as I had arrived very early in the morning. Very kind of them. There was a period of a couple of hours where there was no hot water, due to a plumbing problem, but nothing fatal. Enjoyed my time there.

Love the Whistlers Inn. Clean, roof tub hot tubs, ski lockers for winter and free parking. You cannot get a better location. Staff are great and out of 5 times I’ve stayed here it’s always quiet.
