Very clean and spacious room. All staffs are wonderful and friendly.

I was really impressed with this little hotel! It seemed to attract a younger, smarter crowd (lots of kids in the pool, young adventure type parents), but everything got nice and quiet at night. We had just come from the Fairmont Lake Louise, and had set our expectations low. The bases were easily covered and then some. The coffee maker and 4 pods were excellent. The only question we had (but didn't ask) was how to turn on the in-room fireplace. And the HVAC fan made an odd noise on the low setting. I think that's how the bathroom vents (it could use more venting, for sure.) Definitely a value for the rate we paid. Biggest downside is that it isn't as close to Jasper Town as I'd like. Super short drive, but too-long of a walk when it's 20F. Outdoor parking is a plus (esp. for oversize vehicles) but can got competitive around dinner time. I think we grabbed the very last spot, and they were all full by morning.

The lounge in the hotel was closed for the duration of our stay which was a bummer. As well, the morning breakfast was out of bread and fruit when we got there so was disappointing for the price. Otherwise the rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable.

Thank you for sharing your comprehensive review. The hotel is located 1,100 metres from the downtown core. A 15 minute walk. This week is a tad unusual in that this is the official March Spring Break for Alberta, with all children out of school (hence the high density of vehicles within Jasper). We thank you once again for your review and hope to serve you again in the future.
