Excellent cleaning quality in our room - I was very impressed (kudos to the housekeeper who cleaned it before we check in). Almost everything we need is already there especially the iron and its board. We loved the hot tub and the heated pool as well, perfect for the chilling weather outside. The location is also very good, very walkable to the shops and restaurants. The price that we paid is very worth it. Will definitely stay here again.

We had an amazing stay at Tonquin Inn during our recent stay in Jasper. Check-in was quick and hassle-free, and the staff were friendly and welcoming. We were pleasantly surprised to have our room upgraded to a residential suite, which made our stay even more comfortable. We haven't been to Jasper since pre-covid. When we got there, we had to wait a bit because our room wasn't ready quite yet, so the manager upgraded us for free to what I think was the biggest suite they had. Full kitchen, dining room and 2 separate bedrooms. It was like an apartment. We really, really appreciated that so much. The pool and hot tubs there are great. We had lots of fun. We will definitely be back to The Tonquin for sure! And it won't be years this time!
