I booked a two night stay at Jasper inn and suites. After checking in, I noticed that the pool/hot tub were closed down. The restaurant and breakfast buffet were also closed down. Before even going to my room, I went to the front desk and asked if I could cancel my reservation. I wanted to move to a different hotel that had a hot tub. The manager at the front desk told me to contact Expedia, and that they would authorize a refund once Expedia contacted the hotel. So I booked a stay at a different hotel. Unfortunately when Expedia contacted them, they refused to refund the money. So at this point I’m out 450$. I don’t recommend staying at this property, it has no amenities. There are better options available at the same price point.
